Coffee makers did not like need Keurigs too much for parking 

Siisti ja erittäin kaunis hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Huone iso ja todella mukava. Suhteellisen hiljainen huone, ulkoa kuului hieman liikenteen ääniä. Huoneen ilmastointi puhalsi satunnaisesti melko kovaa muttei häirinnyt meitä. Eurooppalaisittain nähtynä kierrätys melko vaatimatonta.

My husband and I stayed during the Metallica concert. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was fairly clean but we had a pre used roll of toilet paper that ran out on first use with no extra roll in the room. They brought us some after a short wait. I did wish it has been cleaned a little better. I found trash while looking for an outlet and debri on the carpet while sitting on the rug. Overall it was a nice stay and could use a little better cleaning. The hotel staff and valet were very nice (especially during a busy time for the city)

Perfect place to stay for the Metallica concert at The Dome. Very short walk. Hotel is old but well renovated. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Valet parking team was always on point. The hotel restaurant is good, and if you want variety Sauce on the Side is connected to the hotel which is awesome.

The customer "no service" is very apparent at this hotel. They told us at check in that our room would have one (1) bottle of water...there are two of us in the room. Another member of our party had NO (0) water bottle in their room. When they inquired at the front desk, there were no water bottles to be had. In fact, one of the employees said that they could go next door to the Marriott and purchase one. The staff behind the desk did not look professional at all (wrinkled shirts, messy hair). I mentioned to the other party members that we should have stayed at the Drury Inn. It would have been a little cheaper, but it would have included breakfast and a happy hour every day.

The pictures are a real big scam. St. Louis is not an expensive city and we paid $150 per night for a small room. The hotel is nasty, old, and terrible. The elavator was super old and made a lot fo scary noises and I was panicing each time we were getting on it. When they came to clean the room, the did not refill our toilet paper or clean the room properly. They didn’t even took out the trash properly. On the other hand, the second day they came to change the towels, they actually did not change some of them and we could smell the towel which was wet and was not dried properly, which was the previous towel we were using. 🙃 They mentioned they have parking, but when we got there, no parking was available and we had to pay extra to be able to park our car. Such a terrible hotel and super expensive. It doesn’t worth a stay.

This is a hundred year old beautiful building. They have kept it true to its history. The rooms are comfortable and rummy. The pillows best I have ever had! The restaurant serves food and has lovely bar to relax after a day of sightseeing or taking in a ballgame which is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They have on site parking.

The hotel lobby was wonderful! The staff was super friendly. The room was outdated, though, or needed some upkeep. There was peeling/chipping paint, no convenient USB ports for charging. Bar soap in shower was unwrapped already. Beds and pillows are very soft, which was uncomfortable for us. Also, parking isn't convenient if you choose to do self park.

We stay in a LOT of hotels and this one was definitely one of my favorites. It's a beautiful hotel with nice, clean big rooms. We stayed in a suite and would definitely stay here again.
