諾士都富酒店(Les Douvres Hotel)

Hôtel très sympathique dans un style So British ! Situé à une trentaine de minutes en bus du centre ville / port de Guernesey. Une ligne de bus passe à proximité de l’établissement (toutes les 30min environ). Des paysages somptueux et de belles randonnées sont accessibles à une quinzaine de minute de l’hôtel. Le personnel est agréable, même avec notre anglais très limité nous avons réussi à nous en sortir. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien également, avec des plat végétariens et vegan.

We went to Les Douvres for lunch. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The menu choices were reasonable. The food was very well presented and excellent. Service was very good. We will certainly go again and recommend it to our friends.

We stayed here with our 2 children age 9 and 6. The room was spacious but could possibly do will a little updating, but that did not spoil our stay. The staff are fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was down with a smile. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed. The restaurants food was great and the atmosphere in the bar was super. We are moving to Guernsey in the new year and look forward to visiting Les Douvres once again.

What a wonderful hotel! Quirky, peaceful,clean,comfy beds and above all, brilliant staff. The manager, Michael is just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a very busy hotel, particularly in the evenings, but hey, the food is good so to be expected! Service is quick, but does that matter if you're out for an evening? Fascinating people watching! The gardens and pool area are lovely and the pool is warm too! Can't praise this place too highly and would certainly stay again, thank you Michael and team xx

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of old town. Excellent and very friendly staff.

Lovely 6 day stay at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely sized. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great choice at breakfasts. The swimming pool was warm. Its very convenient placed for walks and the bus.

We went for a evening Meal at the douvres. Overall i was very disapointed we were waiting for our prder to be taken for longer than 45 minuites. We asked repeatedly for our order to be taken and we were told someone wpuld be over shortly multiple times. Each time we had a glimmer of hope they wpuld attend a table that had adrived a considerable time after we were seated. I wpuld not attend if ypu actually want to have your odder taken in less than an hour. Terrible service 😑

Meal booked in advance, requested a table in order to be in the bar to see the live music. They double booked and put us by the ladies toilets. Service ok, meal ok then at 10pm they started setting up breakfast and food around us in the bar. Lovely venue, lost its way! What are you…hotel…bar…live music….good food…trying to do all but as a result not quite filling the mark on any of them!

Spent a enjoyable time in the restaurant, lovely food, atmosphere was lovely. Food was yummy, loads of choices, had a yummy steak, for main, crab cake to start, all fresh, tasty. No rush, even thou it was busy, will be going back later in the year .
