The front staff was friendly and helpful. The little cafe served great Starbucks coffee and breakfast.

Great location, room was clean. I really enjoyed how dark the room was. I was able to sleep in. Front desk service was great. I had no issues.

Comtemporary and practical. Perfect for solo travel. Very convenient location for that part of town.

The ladies in the lobby were so friendly and helpful! We didn't have luggage with us as it was a last minute decision to stay. They made sure we had what we needed. Excellent customer service.

No evening bar service and the breakfast was terrible

Easy access from the highway, rooms were pretty good. Showers were modern and clean but for some little black hairs. The bed covering had a pink spot the size of a grapefruit stain that was recent, it was right at the top corner, so I had to sleep with that by my face. I rolled the sheet over it, it was late. The pull out was ok, but we had to wait almost an hour for bedding to be brought up for it. The pool was fine, though it is SHARED with the hotel connected to this one. It went from shallow to just over 5 feet. Lots of rowdy people came in and took it over playing football. If you want breakfast, you are stuck with the overpriced "bistro" option which is supposed to remind you of Starbucks. Smart people went to the hotel next door, where there was a pretty good offering that you didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for. The lotion for guests in our room was almost empty, and could only coat one leg. Overall, service and options need a little work, and being upfront about the shared pool would have been helpful to those making a decision partly based on that amenity. Room for improvement, but not poor overall. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm went off at midnight both nights. No one at front desk at night. Cook did not show up to prepare breakfast. Not a pleasant stay

Guest were not respectful of other guest and staff did not do much to keep the other guest from getting out of control, kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. Fire akarm went off at 1:40am which apparently was a know problem as it happened the night before and i was not charged the quoted price.

Great for a weekend family getaway. The kids loved the pool.
