We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again.

Our one night stop was very enjoyable.
The manager's reception was relaxing and delicious. Many options.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options.
Our only complaint would be there was no one at the front desk for quite a while both at check-in and checkout.
Very secure facility. Security guard and locked parking ramp.

The staff was helpful, friendly and anzing dealing with a young persons crowd. The hitel was frankly overrun by a SEEK convention. The attendees were eating directly out of the buffet with their forks and reaching into the food with their hands but the staff remained cheerful, helpful and quick to remedy problems. We were appalled by the behavior by some of these young adults. We were unable to use the pool as it was always crowded.

Excellent and courteous staff at any time of the day!
We loved the parking garage with easy access to our rental car.
24-hour coffee service was a plus--especially on our departure day--early flight!
We also appreciated the 5-7 pm drinks/food time.
We would stay here again!

We stayed here as a staycation to ring in the new year. We appreciated its proximity to the arch and winterfest, but the property could definitely use some updating. We had to get our own towels and extra blankets when needed, as we did not receive room service. The kids enjoyed the pool, but I don’t think we would stay again.

Love the conveniece of the area, very close proximity to the arch and ball stadium. Disappointed in having to pay for parking. $27.50 a day. 5:30 kickback is awesome food and 3 alcoholic drinks provided!! Cleanliness was very disappointing for our room their was hair left in our shower. Im not sure it was even cleaned. But management did make up for it by paying for our parking.

First of all i have stayed in other locations but this was by far the worse. This hotel needs alot of upgrading, The hall way floors were dirty. The Happy hour was terrrible, the drinks were so bad after the first one you didnt want to go back, same applies to the appetisers and the breakfast. The only good thing going was the coffee. Parking here is 27 dollars a night just an FYI.

Great place to stay. Close to alot of the attractions. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Only negative was the mattress to plush for our taste was not comfortable, but wouldnt stop me from staying here again.

Their parking garage though secure has huge pillars between the slots where cars park. Backing out of the slot i smashed my driver side againgst one of the pillars. Wish i could upload pics. Im pissed 😑
