The hotel itself is fine. The staff was less than friendly and welcoming apart from one front desk associate that we encountered at checkout- Chasity at the front desk was wonderful. There are tons of hotels nearby, I’d stay somewhere else next time.

This would be a 5 star review.. however, I have never been treated so poorly anywhere as I was here at breakfast. And to think this is a Hilton blows my mind. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast would be until 10:30 am the following morning. We arrived at the breakfast area around 9:30 am. I have several children so it took me a while to get everyone breakfast. So a few minutes before 10, there are still a few people making their plates and the lights get turned off at the breakfast bar. There was barely anything left to eat when we arrived, but the few things they did have we're put away. Then, as we are making our last waffle, this lady unplugs the waffle iron and states she has to turn everything off at 10. We explain that we were told breakfast ends at 10:30 and we already put batter in the waffle iron. She states "don't worry about it, I'll clean it up. Breakfast ends at 10." I would have reported this to someone else at the hotel but as we were eating I could hear her and the receptionist talking about the situation. I really hope this hotel fixes this situation for future guests because everything up to this point was fantastic. But this overshadowed our entire experience here.

I have some love/hate feelings about this hotel. It's an excellent location, the layout of the room was perfect for our family, and we really enjoyed their breakfast. All of that being said, I wouldn't stay here again. The biggest reason is that it wasn't very clean - there were chunks of cheese stuck in the vents of our a/c unit, several of the dishes in the kitchen had dried food stuck in them, and the pool towels had stains. There were also some comfort issues - the electric blinds wouldn't go down and the maintenance man wasn't available to fix them until the next day, the pillows were flat and hard and had a zipper on one end, there wasn't a single hook in the bathroom, the only way to get a spoon at breakfast was to take an entire package of plastic silverware, and the pool was frigidly cold. Needless to say, we'll be finding somewhere else to stay on future trips.

We had a great stay in St. Louis. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were moments when it seemed they should have had additional staff working but that staff that was there did not get flustered or rude. They were kind and friendly and worked fast. Breakfast options were good and kids loved the pool early in the morning.

The overall experience was good and the breakfast was exceptional-something for everyone’s taste, clean, fresh and helpful attendants. We were in town to visit the Zoo and watch a Cardinal’s game, it was a great halfway point for both of these attractions, very easy to get to.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. Our room had two queen beds and a couch that I believe was a pullout bed. There was a room darkening curtain that was able to be drawn between the bed area and the sitting area which was very nice for putting the kids to bed and the adults being able to stay up and hang out. The window itself had a wonderful blackout shade that kept out all light which was also helpful. Everything was clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel continental breakfast and was good. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Good central location. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our suite was perfect for what we needed. We were within walking distance to the hospital we were here for, and my husband had excellent internet for working remotely. Oh! And the staff were excellent and made us feel at home!

We only stayed for a single night... we were placed in an accessible suite which was a different setup than we were expecting. The walls were paper thin and all the plumbing from the floors above us ran through our bedroom wall. It was very loud.

Dirty! Old ice cream in the freezer when we got there. Lamp didn’t work. Gave us a still wet pillow when we requested more pillows.
