Abbey's Cottage

One of the bestest experience ever. What a beautiful cottage up on a hill slope looking down at the open ocean/sea with the most beautiful sunset i have ever seen. Just wonderful to be in this house the whole day looking at all the season's flowers in bloom and the vast horizon. Excellent in every way. Dream house for sure with a large hall, bedrooms facing the sea and kitchen with such extraordinary cutleries and dinnerware. Brings you back to the royal era.

We stayed here on our first night in Tasmania. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from and suit all our needs. 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs as well as a bathroom in each area. All bedrooms and living areas were comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us! Lots of towels and toiletries provided. Easy access to WiFi and quick walk into the centre of town or Godfrey's beach. I was worried about being cold as I'm not used to sleeping with heating on or electric blankets but no problems there. Very nice sleep - not noisy at all so if you're a light sleeper wouldn't need ear plugs. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved Abbeys GREEN HOUSE.. can’t recommend highly enough. Much larger than we expected, felt like home it was very clean and comfortable. Close walk to the pub and all Main Street little shops. We sat on the balcony watching people walk up to the nut plus the chairlift. Short walk to the beach at the end of the street.

We stayed in Abbey's The Green House for one night earlier this month. The house was in great condition, clean and much larger then I thought it was going to be. Great location and easy walk to town and chair lift. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights at Abbeys on Church cottage. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It was a one bedroom cottage, with a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Also a very large bathroom with a huge spa. We gave it a 5 star plus. Book with the stanley hotel as it is cheaper. Will be back to visit the lovely north west of tassie.
