來自住宿之回應: Thank you for your feedback. We are located just a short 2 minute drive from the town centre and all of our rooms provide the best views of The Nut and Stanley. It is stated in our listing that the mini bar is at an additional cost, I apologies that you had difficulty finding the price list. Toiletries are supplied and staff would have happily assisted you in finding them if you had notified us during your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.CodieManager

While we understand your travel plans were impacted by flight disruptions, this was entirely outside our control. Your room was fully prepared and stocked with breakfast provisions prior to your cancellation, and staff time had already been allocated to ensure everything was ready for your arrival. These are fixed costs that cannot be recovered, and as our clearly stated cancellation policy outlines, a refund is not applicable in such situations. We always do our best to assist guests where possible, and had we been able to re-sell the room at short notice, we would have issued you a refund. It’s disappointing to receive a negative review under these circumstances, especially when no service was received and no fault lies with our team. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your time in Tasmania and wish you all the best with your future travels.
