Bed sheets hair dusty …bedding was not clean enough. Bathroom was okay.

Mediocre ! C'est la troisième fois que je vais mais malheureusement il ce degrade de plus en plus :( pas de menage tous les jours chambre sale livrer et jamais personne a l'acceuil ! Je recommande pas du tout !!! C'est une honte pour une si belle ville !!!

We arrived a little after 2pm to check-in. Reception was locked and unstaffed. There was a note on the door to call a specified number - the first call went to voicemail. The second call was answered by a centralised service (the CSO asked which hotel we were calling about). Eventually some staff turned up and issued room keys, but as the rooms had not been cleaned we were asked to wait while housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms. It was about 3.20pm before we had access to our room. This problem also affected a number of other guests who had bookings.

Rundown. Nothing like the photos. Not staffed. Cleaners lovely. Fridge loud, water sounds all night long, tv awful signal, pool a black green with a shilling trolley parked in front of it. Spa not going. Never staying there again.

Fairly clean but run down. The fridge didn't work, the pool was green & unusable (looked like it had been like that for a while). Only 3 channels on the tv & the wifi went in & out.

Place was clean and smelled fresh. Only problem was the spa was not working and the pool was covered - so we were unable to use both these facilities. Can your website please be updated to note that your spa and pool are not in use?

This place is being used for emergency and transitional housing by the government with only a few rooms for paying customers. I felt very unsafe during our 2 nights stay.

Room double booked, help line goes to mobile that doesn’t respond, loud music from other patrons until 5:00 in the morning unchecked. Steer clear of this one
