Stayed for 22 nights on business. Unfortunately the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is the location. Lots of transient activity day and night. The other reasons for my low rating include the sub-par breakfast, even by Fairfield standards, as well as age of the property. Trim was falling off the wall in multiple places in my room and my fridge was clearly at the end of its life and it was off level. Another thing they could improve is the TV, it was very difficult to set up my own device. The front door is in desperate need of repair, it’s a poor first impression when the door refuses to open. I would also suggest that employees spend less time sitting on the couch watching TV, just a bad look. I think the people are okay and they have a lot to contend with, so I’ll give them credit.

There were so many great things that I wish I could say about my stay at the Fair Field by Marriott Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma. Unfortunately, they were all overshadowed by one horrible experience that left me and my 8-year-old son traumatized and regretting my decision to stay at this prestigious hotel. I booked a room for two nights this past weekend at this Marriott Location. My first night was exceptional meeting all the expectations that Marriott provides in their vision statement. My second night has left me and my 8-year-old son with feelings of terror and distress. After deciding to get rest for the night, because we had a busy day planned for that morning, I tucked my little one in and prepared for bed. At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday February 22nd, 2022, I was startled by the motion of someone trying to enter my room. After a couple of seconds follows several heavy knocks at the door. Because I was startled, my first thought was maybe the noise was coming from across the hall. About three minutes later someone tried entering my room again this time more aggressive than the first. I realized that someone was entering my room but could not enter completely because I had the extra hotel door latch at the top of the door. I proceeded to tell who was entering that they had the wrong room. The lady was enraged tells me that she has a key, and she was entering! This woman was clearly trying to enter with intent to harm whoever was in the room. She then stated that she was armed, and she was looking for her husband, as she thought he was in the room with another women. The horror that took over my body was like no other. After pleading with this woman that she had the wrong room she proceeded to leave. Fast forward to how she was able to gain access to my room. To my surprise the hotel concierge had given her a key card at 2:30 a.m. without my permission or identification since the person she was looking for, he and I shared the same last name. There are no words that can explain this experience. As a mother I thought that if I had not taken the time to make sure the hotel latch was on the door, neither my son nor myself may not be her to send a warning to others, all due to negligence of the hotel staff. Our lives were put in danger. The expectations that Marriott bestowed was obliterated by distrust and failure. I will never stay at this location or any other Marriott property again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the company.
We stayed here for 4 nights and got a good price through AAA but the overall experience was average. The breakfast options were the same every day instead of any kind of rotation and the eggs were powdered or something but had a weird texture and came out in squares. The room was drafty and the heater switched on and off frequently without really providing much heat to the room. In our first room the fridge didn’t work so they transferred us to another room but in that one the wall thermostat didn’t work and the bed was as hard as a rock so we ended up switching back to the original room and eventually switching the fridges. The other mattress was hard as well but a true King bed and we actually slept better than anticipated. The room was not particularly clean in the bathroom and corners. The Dove toiletries were more drying than any Dove product I have ever used. The housekeepers started knocking on doors at 9am loud enough to be heard all the way down the hall. The staff was nice overall just a very average experience.

I went to this location for my birthday to swim and relax. I didn’t not get to do that. The pool was extremely cold. So uncomfortable you could not get used to it. No one was swimming. That ruined my whole stay right there and on top of it the elevator was broke sounded like it was going to crash . It scared my daughter who started crying and I almost had a panic attack so I had to use the stairs the whole time and I was on the third floor I’m. It supposed to use stairs due to medical issues right now. It was a horrible stay. I asked for a refund immediately after trying to go swim and i saw that I couldn’t and they refused . I told them about the elevator and they already knew and don’t do anything to fix it . It was just a really horrible stay. I’ve stayed at other locations in a different state and the stays are always good but here at Tulsa location on 71st it was really bad please don’t waist your money
Room 103 I read the prior reviews. Mixed opinions of course. My views: we were greeted warmly and treated with great respect. This hotel is one frontage road off an interstate road. Noisy during the day, not too bad at night. Our room faced interstate. With the ac/heater unit running, the room was very quiet except for the occasional loud vehicle. It is not dark enough for me, maybe one more layer of light blocking curtains. But still OK. Very managed. Hotel has been newly updated. The lobby was in great shape. Beautiful fish tank. The room was spotless. Sheets good, bed good and bath towels good. Basic amenities but no coffee. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink and basic eating utensils. We tried here, because we can walk to our Son's home. It was worth the try and we will stay here again when the house is full of relatives.
I stayed at the Hampton for business and I had a separate reservation from a group that I was with. I was greeted by Leah P. At check-in. She provided the BEST customer service that I have had in a long time! She was welcoming, friendly and gave me a great Hilton Member bag. The suite that I stayed in was so clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The cost of the hotel was somewhat inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. Overall great experience! I would stay here again and again!
訪訪客The service here was outstanding. This place is quiet and spotless. I was so surprised because I had a bad experience before but the new manager Matthew made all the difference. You really want to give them a try if you ever stayed here before. Excellent amenities. Excellent waiting area. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was awesome. Waffles, eggs, sausage and gravy and even cereal for the kids. There's a mall across the street and there's a couple of places eating areas very close by as well as Barnes & Noble and how could I forget there's also an indoor pool for the kids.If you traveling to Tulsa near the Woodland Hills Mall area or even if you're not please try this hotel.
訪訪客Hello Everybody!!! We are having a wonderful stay at ESA (Extended Stay America) Midtown, here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Due to the prior 2 years of dealing with COVID 19 protocols and restrictions, and the subsequent explosion in house prices, my wife and I decided to remain here at this hotel for an extended time. The staff here have been fabulous in caring for our every need. Even during this past week, when you had several top events held here in Tulsa, including the PGA Golf Championship, which caused zero available rooms in the Tulsa area, the staff responded in an exemplary fashion. Of course, whether it’s airlines or hotels, Booking Agencies (not the hotel itself) are notorious for overbooking the different sites. I happened to be in the lobby and witnessed several unhappy customers who had no room available to them, many after traveling here from a long way off, just to realize the hotel was overbooked. So, the staff was under tremendous pressure to explain “Why”, “the customer insisted”, and what they were going to do now? I could see the hopelessness and helplessness in their eyes. But actually, it’s not the hotel’s fault. Having travelled worldwide and stayed in over 35 countries, I can see this issue is a systematic failure of the Reservation System, in that the Reservation System does not take care to ensure booked travelers are not stranded due to over-bookings. This System needs to be revamped to take better care of travelers so they will not be stranded because of over-bookings. Still, the ESA Staff braved the difficult language being thrown at them, and handled the situation in an extremely Professional manner. Once again, The Staff at Extended Stay America has gone over and beyond their normal call of duty to satisfy clients and ease the pain of a difficult situation. Great Job ESA Midtown! Jim H.
Oyo is really starting to be a chain that I will avoid from now on. This property is old and beat up. The rooms are very dated and had no furniture! Very minimal place to stay. Aloe itneaye original rate is 110$‽ Lmao yeah let me know who preferred a ran down oyo to a real hotel. The price I booked was not the price I was charged. If you don't have cash for your deposit you either go get some or lose the room and no refund. The bathroom feels like 1980s it's very crowded and you can see where they painted in a hurry. You can actually see all over the room where they painted poorly or missed a spot. I guess Oyo is making a name for themselves to be a chain that represents pounded, worn, old, faded, dirty hotels. Any time I've stayed at an Oyo it's been a nightmare and I've kept telling myself no more. This hotel is worth maybe 35$ a night. Oyo should be ashamed of themselves and will become the new hotel chain that lies and takes money.
