In your booking confirmation message you will receive a link to your Guest Rental Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed in order to receive the access details for the property. After signing the Guest Rental Agreement property access details with keycode and WiFi information will be sent to you on the morning of your reservation. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations outlined therein. Damage Responsibility: If your pet(s) cause any damage to the room or its furnishings during your stay, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages incurred. Our newly constructed(2021) private and cozy 400 sq ft Studio has a queen size bed, living room, large sofa, kitchenette with convection microwave, refrigerator, 55” TV, free high-spped internet and Keurig coffee maker.
