Within walking distance of both grocery stores and restaurants make this an ideal home to spend quality time with family and friends. Walk out the back gate and down the path to the waters edge. Home is located on the Dooney creek cove behind the 5mph buoy. Anchor or beach your boat for the duration of your stay at your own risk. Water levels vary greatly year to year and throughout the summer as they draw the reservoir down. Driveway will accommodate approximately 6 full size vehicles or 4 vehicles and 2 trailers. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac on a first come first serve basis. An RV also fits in the side driveway. Water and power can be provided to the RV at an additional charge, but no sewer hook ups are available on-site. The garage is also available for coolers, water toys, and has an additional refrigerator for your use. The well equipped kitchen should provide all the necessary items to get your large group fed. In addition, a gas BBQ and pellet smoker are onsite for the outdoor chef in the group. Most of the days are spent on the water or enjoying the large outdoor deck. But should you need to get out of the heat and into the comforts of the air conditioned house. You will find two separate spacious living areas where groups can relax and beat the heat. At the end of the day choose from one of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, toilet, and dual sinks. Bedroom two is located downstairs with a king size bed and easy access to the ½ bathroom. Bedroom three also upstairs offers a queen-bed. The last bedroom upstairs is great for housing the kids with one bunk bed (twin & Full), and a trundle bed (2 twins). These two bedrooms share the remaining full bath. Antlers Marina and Sugarloaf Marina are both located within 1 mile of the home and have public boat launches as well as boat slips for rent, gas docks, and convenience stores on the water. This gorgeous home is located in a private cove of Lake Shasta. This home has it all. The privacy of the cove allows you to moor your boat at the house safely. It is also great for fishing, swimming or just relaxing on the water. The backyard has three levels which tier down to the water. This gem is so beautiful and peaceful that it is a great place to hold family reunions and retreats.Walk outside your balcony and enjoy breathtaking views every day. At night relax around the large fire pit under the stars. After a long day of fun soak into the jacuzzi hot tub for total relaxation. BBQ on your own private deck or relax in your own recreation room, complete with fooseball table,pool table,T.V. and games for the kids. Our gourmet kitchen and grand dining room table allows seating for up to 14-16. Its a great place to gather for family meals or meetings. Lake water behind the home drops depending on the season and when it does it allows for great hiking. Pool is not heated.The property is located walking distance to restaurants and market.
