Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

作爲酒店經理,酒店沒有達到4星級的水平。從積極的方面開始,酒店處於一個很棒的中心位置,離海灘、碼頭、所有餐廳和火車車站都很近。接待團隊很可愛,登記我們入住的接待員(特里)很好,爲我們提供了所需的信息(早餐時間,wifi代碼等)。接待大廳很好。房間是雙標準,但很吵,因爲它正對着街道,陽台是朱麗葉陽台,所以你不能用它來坐等,淋浴是小的&老的,迷你吧根本不能工作(沒有冷卻)&當向接待處報告他們沒有提供看它。房間裏沒有熨斗或熨衣板,當我們要求時,我們被告知從接待處取下,熨斗上有石灰水垢,因此它無法使用(可能弄髒我們的衣服)。房間的無清潔是公平的,但我看到在我們住宿期間地板沒有被或拖。早餐很好,有一些傳統物品,服務很好,但很多物品在9點前完成:30,由於早餐在上午10點結束,所以沒有補充。這不對,自助早餐必須在關閉時間之前有足夠的供應。而且在室內提供,所以對於那些想看早餐的人來說,這並不理想。游泳池很小,但乾淨。 酒店的設施、服務、提供和房間狀態都反映到3星級酒店,對於這種酒店來說每晚的價格(大約200歐元)相當高。

酒店在山頂風景很美，出行每小時都班車去市區，回來也有班車。酒店房間大，海景房喝酒店公區的視野都很不錯，對面就是維蘇威火山。非常推薦

我們這次在蘇蓮托的這家酒店住了四天。很滿意。酒店有些年頭了，但設施裝修還是不錯的。乾淨安靜。酒店的位置非常好。距離小城熱鬧的街道和海邊輪渡碼頭很近，步行幾分鐘。周圍有很多飯店。這個酒店的早餐非常好。後面的游泳池和花園也非常漂亮。前台工作人員服務態度很好！

Nice and clean hotel, the receptionist was very helpful, she recommended nice restaurants for us and also help us book the taxi whenever we need it, breakfast was simple but good, overall I fully recommend this hotel
