Sadly when call the number of the hotel, they said that the heater didn't work since last year, and I was about to cancel my reservation, however when I arrived they on the heater and it takes 8 hours to heat, so we enjoyed our stay early morning only
Pico restaurant the service was just horrible. They served spoiled coleslaw,
we waited too long for everything, starting from ordering til getting our bill. We ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. They are understaffed and the waiters we're not properly trained. Scrambled eggs in the buffet smells like wet rug. If you order medium rare tenderloin they will give you well done. We tried to complain but the manager was just hard to talk to and they were not sincere to fix the problem or even make up for their mistakes.
