I have never been so angry about a hotel before. On our first night the construction crew was working very late. The pounding and banging was ridiculous! I had to complain 3 times before it stopped. I went to front desk at 7:00 pm, 8:00 pm and finally at 9:30pm I went up there and got nasty with the staff. I’m not that kind of person. I very rarely get angry. She finally went upstairs and got them to stop. She even commented to me that they were supposed to stop 3 hours ago! Won’t ever stay at another hotel that has construction going on!

The staff was nice and friendly. They need to update the website though because when I booked our stay it said that they had a pool but it was in the middle of a construction site when we arrived. Also the elevator was very loud and noisy and almost a year over its last inspection expired date, definitely didn’t make me feel safe about anything else in the facility. Overall, nice people but terrible facility.

Connectivity to the internet was shaky. Certain parts of our room were not sufficiently cleaned (bath area and under the desk). However, staff members were more than nice and the rest of the room was good.

Hotel was nice. Wish the pool was not closed. Breakfast was ok. The door to our room took a couple times to open maybe because door and handle seemed loose. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. Over all it was good and would stay again.

The hotel looks great! When we were here in Aug of this year it was under remodel…and was a mess as to be expected. But now…WOW!!! It looks great, updated and clean both the lobby/breakfast area and the rooms!! I’m

Everything was fantastic only downside the pool wasn't available 😔

Didn't know the entire first floor was under construction. No front desk, just a table. No pool, hot tub or restrooms. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. Entire place smelled like paint and drywall.

The property was undergoing significant renovations. We were not aware of this before arriving. Very noisy at times. No available pool or hot tub facilities, which was disappointing. Staff was kind and helpful. A discounted rate for the inconveniences would have been a plus.

Even though undergoing reconstruction it was a pleasure staying here. Staff very welcoming n pleasant.
