Wasn’t able to check in. The hotel did not have my reservation. I missed my brother’s wedding and I will definitely be posting this experience about this company. Very upsetting

Clean spacious room, employees wonderful attitudes eager to help and solve any problems

Staff was super friendly (Jordan and Derrick 💯), location was perfect and the room too.

Very safe. Clean except bathroom floors were sticky. Staff Very helpful. Excellent breskfast.

Staff was friendly . Great proximity to the university but getting in and out of parking lot was a bit of a mess

I wanted to check in early so that I could shower and get ready for a baby shower I was allowe 30 min early

Worth it! Great experience. had to come in a day later than planned due to a family situation. the hotel was very accommodating. Easy check-in and out. Very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Staff - The night manage was watching basketball when I arrived and I had to ask him to help me. It was 8:30. The morning manager didn’t look up, say hello, and when I asked if there was hot water for tea, I was told the other lady takes care of that. The breakfast lady was very nice. Room - Beds sloppily made. I actually smelled the pillows to make certain the cases were clean. No lotion in the pump in bathroom. Nice hot water. Biggest issues (1) the thermostat is overridden by a management program. You can put it on whatever you want but wake up in the middle of the night and it will be HOT and (2) you will wake up in the middle of the night because light pours in through the window. It creates a wide halo around the edge of the blind because they do not overlap the window.
