Great! For us on a road trip it was a perfect place to rest… w plenty stores and restaurants w a walking distance…. I recommend:)

Hotel and staff were great. Disappointing was the fact that pool and hot tub were out of service during our stay.

Absolutely enjoyed my brief stay with them.

I had a major family emergency and could not make my trip to Steamboat with my 5 yr old son. While I was told by the manager of the hotel that I would receive a refund, I just found out that he lied to me. The hotel decided days later to change their mind and NOT refund my $400. Knowingly NOT refunding after they sold my room.

Great location and a well kept and clean property! The rooms are modern and have plenty of space to work or play on electronics with multiple charging ports and areas to sit and the furniture is comfortable and clean! A friendly staff there 24 hours a day to make sure you’re taken care of! The rooms are well designed to utilize the space and the kitchen was a nice addition to the room itself with all you need to cook or store food and drinks and make it seem like home! The outdoor fire pit was a hit with my son and they have all the stuff there for making smores! Breakfast was excellent and included with the cost of the room which is awesome! We will stay here again! I highly recommend staying at this hotel! The only drawback is their lack of parking in the front for checking in and out. It would be nice to have a few designated spots for checking in and out, especially on cold winter days.

The hotel was a good stay with breakfast and physical condition. Only complaints are: 1. late night hallway noise; 2. hotel bar was closed; 3. Loading zone in front of hotel IS NOT MARKED/SIGNED, allowing for guests to use as regular parking (making loading/unloading very labourious). We ended up using handicap parking to load/unload luggage.

The perfect stay for a Steamboat getaway... Free bus stops just across the street and arrives every 15 minutes. 10-15 me minute ride to the Gondola. Hot tub works! Breakfast is real: eggs, meat, waffles and Sunday items.

The staff were all wonderful, helpful, and friendly. We were quite impressed with the experience and will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Steamboat. The room was clean and quite functional for our 5 day stay, and we loved the outdoor hot tub. Location was close to downtown and the resort!

Nice location. Front desk employee needs to be friendlier, more informative, and pay attention to guests coming into the lobby to check in, instead of looking at his phone. First impressions are everlasting.
