羅謝爾山葡萄園酒店(Mont Rochelle)

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung findet man in Mont Rochelle. In den Bergen um Franschhoek hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Umgebung und den Ort inmitten von Weingärten. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig mit vielen Rasenflächen und Gärten sowie einem Tennisplatz. Da nicht viele Gäste im Haus waren, konnte man herrlich am Pool relaxen und hatte den kreisrunden, mit Kamin in der Mitte, angelegten Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht (in fast alle Richtungen) für sich. Die Qualität des Frühstücks qualitativ dem Standard entsprechend. Unsere Suite war direkt unter dem mit Riet gedeckten Dach und verfügte über ein großzügiges Bad (ca. 20 Quadratmeter). Der Transport nach Fransshoek konnte zu jeder Zeit kostenlos genutzt werden. Besonders die Fahrer überzeugten durch ihr freundliches Entertainment. Insgesamt etwas overpriced aber wunderschöne Ausblicke und Entspannung pur.

Situado no alto de uma colina, essa localização proporciona a vista de paisagens lindas! A suite é muito ampla, e o banheiro chega a ser exageramente grande. O serviço é totalmente cuidadoso e atencioso. O restaurante Miko é de altíssima qualidade.

Die Location, das Essen, der Service inkl. Shuttle Serviceauf dem Gelände und zu vielen Restaurants sind super! Der Balkon am Zimmer zum Sitzen etwas klein, aber der Ausblick und das Zimmer an sich super!

If you are looking for a backpackers lodge, this place is perfect, but if you are looking for a self catering establishment and like the nicer things in life, this place is not up to standard at all. We should have known when everywhere else was full and they still had accommodation. Nobody to welcome you, main entrance gate falling apart, doors not lockable, dirty and messy, broken decking, a dilapidated mismatch of any building material they could find. Extremely disappointing to say the least. We did not stay over and opted to find alternate accommodation. This place should only be marketed towards the camping market or the backpackers market. The website is completely misleading. As an owner of 2 Guesthouses, I was mislead by the wording on the websites and the photos. The photos definitely make the place look much better then it actually is. If you are looking for a hippie, back packer place, then this place will suit you perfectly. If you like neat, clean and tidy, DO NOT BOOK HERE.

We only stayed one night but it was not a pleasant stay. Our room was dirty with spider webs on some places and the bed sheet had a hole in it and had dirty spots on it. For that price we expected a cleaner room.

I mean. Where do I even begin. WOW! The staff, are beyond helpful, beyond cheerful and just made our trip such a pleasant experience. The hotel, stunning. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are such a good size with everything you need! Lawn games available, the pool was heated and a lovely temperature and the bus which will take you to where you want to go and pick you up. We stayed in room 17, and the view out from our balcony was breathtaking. Every room has such a beautiful view. Again the staff, AMAZING. The complimentary wine tasting at the Country Kitchen was a lovely touch. Really made our honeymoon special with some extra touches. Thank you Mont Rochelle for a beautiful stay.

This is an amazing place. Staff are fantastic, facility are great and food and wine was fabulous. We felt so special and well taken care of. Loved the wine tasting at country kitchen which is part of the stay. Thank you x

It is really a lovley place. The view to the mountains and magic game of the mist is incredible and fascinating. Surended with vineyards and small paths invites for a walk or hike up to the cross. We plan to come back one day to spend more time here.

The beauty of Mont Rochelle will take your breath away. It is perfect in every way. The rooms are incredible, the views are stunning, the food is amazing and the team are the most friendly, welcoming and helpful humans you will ever come across.
