常青藤公寓(The Ivy Apartments Franschhoek)

The manager Wellington was very helpful and always concerned about our comfort during our stay.

Great service from the manager- clean and well kept premises. Great location for Bastille festival.

Great hotel, very good location close to the shops/restaurants and wine farms. Room 6 was great very spacious and very comfy beds. One issue was the blind in the upstairs room didn’t work meaning we couldn’t close them. Apart from that lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

We had a great 4 day stay in the Ivy apartments on the first part of our stay in South Africa. As others have mentioned we were greeted by the wonderful Wellington who bent over backwards to help in any way he could. The apartment had a garden and was over two floors. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would certainly stay again when in Franschhoek.

We stayed at the beginning of October and just missed the floods that hit the area. There was only 2 of us but the apartment actually would accommodate 4 as there were 2 double bedrooms. The apartment was beautiful. Stylishly decorated, immaculate and had every facility you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook and even had a washing machine. There were complementary drinks alcoholic and soft as well as snacks available in the reception/ lounge area. All the staff were friendly . Welcoming and helpful. Short 3 min walk to shops and restaurants And 8 mins to the wine tram. Lovely place to stay

We had a fabulous stay - the appartment was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were also excellent- friendly and helpful. We were even greeted with free chocolates for the children! Parking and the site as a whole were very secure. Franschhoek was a gorgeous little town with plenty of great places to eat very close by.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything required. The very central location close to the many restaurants was perfect. Wellington on reception was very helpful with suggestions and taxis etc. Really enjoyed our stay here

The Ivy is right in the middle of all that is happening in town, so it can be a little noisy but quietens down from 10pm. We were very happy with the apartment, it is stylishly completed with all mod cons. It also offers parking underneath. We will stay here again.

Stayed here, in Apartment 8, for two nights as part of our month-long tour in South Africa. Our apartment was fabulous; twin bedroom & bathroom downstairs & “master” bedroom with en suite on a mezzanine floor. The living space downstairs is well p,Anne’s with everything that you’ll need for a few days’ stay. The complex also provides secure car parking and communal outside space including a small pool. The apartments are well placed within Franschhoek, something like 5 minutes’ walk from the Wine Tram terminal. There is a cafe on the corner of the street, open for breakfast, lunch & probably dinner. Looking wider, there are a range of cafes & restaurants on the Main Street through town, together with a couple of supermarkets, so all in all, everything you need for a self catering stay, and of course, there’s no shortage of wines supplies around town.
