The guest house was amazing, offering exclusivity to our guests, the location and the manager just put the cherry on top for my group and guests. Nothing was too much. Each room had its own little kitchenette, offering privacy to any of the guests not feeling like dining with the rest of the team.. The swimming pool was a real treat for the guys, especially with the heat.. I highly recommend 7 Ackermann Place to eveyone

Great location within easy walking distance of town centre bars restaurants shops etc & safe even at night . Lettie was very helpful with anything we needed . Very impressed with Stellenbosch and will definitely return .

Really friendly and helpful owners. Great location, nice cottage, clean and everything included. Area is secure and surrounded by a fence. Great to see springbok early in the morning. Would definitely visit again, recommended!

It is an absolut top location to stay in Stellenbosch. Very friendly, clean, a good support and a very charming host. It´s also a very safe area and just a few minutes walk to the city center. We will come back.

Great location, the town is in walking distance. Very nice room with a big bathroom. The swimming pool is also very nice. The lady of the house is very friendly and ready to give some advise for daytrips.

We really enjoyed our stay here.Our downstairs room (by the pool) was large, clean & had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. (1st -3rd Feb). There is also a kitchen area upstairs for the guests use along with a washing machine. There is on site secure parking, very short walk to a Spar supermarket & bottle store & an easy walk into the restaurant area of Stellenbosch. Lettie was extremely friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend.

Great Location, Rooms were very clean and the pool is amazing. The Host went out of her way to assist us. We would definitely recommend this Guest House. It's our second time and definitely not the last.

Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. We understand that security is a great concern in this area and accepted compensation needed to replace locks, a remote and keys. The rules for the property states R200.00 should keys not be returned, they should probably update that to R2,000.00, as we paid around R1,800. We accept responsibility, it was our bad, but it could probably have been handled a bit better. Great place to stay, just don't lose your keys.
