Pésima La persona que me atendió cuando llegué el 20 octubre muy pésima atención

The location of the property was excellent for our needs!!!...and the staff was very accommodating, we arrived after 11pm. But I did call and let them know we would be very late. But, the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke it was very hard to breathe much less sleep. The shower head was cruddy and the carpet had stains on it. Running the heater made the smoky smell even worse. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making a loud ticking sound. Glad it was only for one night, don't think I could have done another. Was so afraid we were going to smell like stale cigarettes when we left. If I had known the window opened, I would have slept with it open.

I stayed 2 nights 2 years ago and paid $25 total for both nights for my small dog. Last year i was told they were not charging anymore for pets. This year they charged me $25 for both nights total $50. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpet on the staircase was so badly worn it was frayed and sticking up on the steps which is a tripping hazard.

My husband said my daughter cried in the room that night, she told me as soon as she got out of the shower she put her shoes on, the floor was sticky tacky. I didn’t stay it was for the fam, but I heard it’s pretty old.

Room was old, musty, and there was mold in the bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom were majorly cracked and made you feel as though you would fall through the floor. The towels are old and dingy and much to my surprise, a 4-5” pocket knife fell out of the towel I grabbed to dry off. If you prefer a clean place, this isn’t the one.

The carpet in the room was disgusting, I did not walk around without shoes. There was mold in the bathroom, where the ceiling met the wall. The comforters had stains on them and the table and dresser did not look like they had been wiped down. The shower curtain was too short and water just poured out of the shower. The toilet seat had exposed wood and the toilet paper holders were broken, the paper fell off the first time I tried to use it. The microwave and bathtub were clean.

No there was a roach on the container that the muffins where in. So we did not eat anything from that only yogurt

No remote for the TV so no way to watch it. Tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. Tried again and this time the phone was dead. Sink looked clean but was badly cracked in multiple places. Toilet had a bad stain in the basin.

People were really nice. The carpet looked like it had a blood stain on it. Probably red paint. There was a hole in the wall that looked partially patched.
