波科諾湖地區舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region)

We chose to stay here based on it's location nearby our friends in Newfoundland. All the staff we encountered at the front desk and at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. We had reserved and paid in advance and had no problem checking in or getting the room we expected. We were in a room on the2nd floor in the back which requires that you walk up four additional steps after the elevator. This was fine for us. The room was clean and in good condition with no obvious issues. There are plenty of outlets next to the bed and at the desk for charging all your devices. The bathroom was clean, but needs to be renovated - it's outdated and the wallpaper is peeling in places. Breakfast is served buffet style and was very neatly presented and kept refilled. Missing for me though were a microwave to properly cook the oatmeal packets, almond milk and some whole wheat bread. Overall, a decent place to stay.

We visited this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. We had 3 rooms reserved. Hotel staff did everything possible to get us early check in so we could change our clothing before the event (each couple drove over 4 hours to get to the hotel).

Check-in was very easy and efficient; we brought an extra person last minute to go to an event, they provided a free rollaway bed for us! Beds were comfy. Definitely saved one of us having a very uncomfortable night! Only negative is no complimentary breakfast, which seems to be the norm in many places around the U.S.

At the moment, they are in the process of making improvements. So the area around the building, and parts of the building inside are under construction. That,however had no negative impact on our stay. We were mostly happy to have a room with a normal double bed instead of one king-size bed, and two comfortable chairs so that two people could read and/or work at desk.

Hotels currently under renovation which I was unable until I arrived. Bathroom was dirty, shower was NOT cleaned from previous stay- used soap left in shower and toiled was disgusting! Hotel hallway smelled from ********* smoke. Unpleasant experience

Good stay for one night. Not much in area but there is an IHOP. Highway is close by for easy access. Very rural feel but beautiful scenery .

Had a very comfortable stay. The room was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Had a fridge and microwave which is always a plus!

Property is overall comfortable and quiet. The HVAC didn’t seem to work properly all the time. Security doors were always unlocked and there were a lot of shipping containers in the parking lot

We enjoyed very much staying in your Hotel. Surrounding was beautiful and people are very friendly. Thank you
