Older hotel and needs some major updates. Linens were clean but visibly stained. Breakfast was adequate as was the stay but I don’t think we’ll return. Beds were not comfortable for us. Service was friendly especially at breakfast.

Staff was outstanding. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing is some outlets did not work at all, partial outlets worked and in this day and age with computers, mobile devices, etc. those should all work properly

The property was convinient for my trip. Good food was close. Easy to get to my event.

It was a great choice for my family and I while we were attending my cousin’s wedding in Rapids. The room was spaces, clean, the location was near a highway, golf course as well as a walking trail. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciate the outdoor seatings. We would definitely stay here again.

The promise of a clean room with comfortable bed and spotless functional bathroom as well as pool and hot tub working as expected was exactly what was expected and what was delivered

From the moment I checked in until I was ready to leave, everything was just right. I loved that I had windows that I could open to allow fresh air in. I was quite satisfied!

We come here twice a year on our way to the U.P. We love the welcoming, helpful staff, the rooms, the walking trails nearby and the Hill Top restaurant! We can't praise The Country Inn and Suites in Stevens Point enough.

Pet friendly, but i wish they were upfront about charging $50 for my cat. I didn’t mind paying but i never saw anything about that charge when making the reservation.

We stayed in a Country Inn and Suites in Mankato two weeks ago and the breakfast items wee served with ceramic bowls and plates and real silverware. We are disturbed that the Stevens Point location continues to use styrofoam and plastictic - SO BAD for the environment!

Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Love the closeness to the interstate. Easy check-in and check-out. The only negative comment is that morning cleaning staff were so loud it woke us up. We were out so late due to an athletic tournament it would have been nice to have been able to sleep in before one more game and a 5.5 hour drive home. It was like they completely forgot people were sleeping at 8:30AM that they were basically yelling about what room checked out and why someone wanted to clean instead of sitting at the front desk. Lastly, I would definitely consider purchasing outlets on the lights for the nightstand. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to literally look for an outlet to charge devices. I ended up having to pull out the nightstand and disconnect the light. Would potentially stay again but the above mentioned was pretty inconvenient considering $211/ night.

The property has very few pleasant staff and is well maintained.

We were there five nights enough time to get a feel that it was a good place to stay. Mostly clean with friendly and welcoming staff. Spa tepid and disappointing. Coffee always hot, good, and ready. Parking lot strewn with trash. Cleaning available as asked. Room right size for two of us. No issues with room. Television service slow and at times only a few channels. We were not there for TV. Most important, all things the same we will stay again next time, again, for the next family gathering, holididay, graduation. Place works for us.
