聖塔克拉里塔瓦倫西亞Residence Inn酒店(Residence Inn Santa Clarita Valencia)

Stay at Marriott Hotels often, having work done on my home so I’m staying here. Everything is great, the Epitome of how a stay should be. Excellent staff, especially the Night man Edgar, the morning staff are all pleasant and at least know how to communicate unlike most in this industry whom seem to be in a bad mood. My only issue is the Wi-Fi, no p/w needed and don’t think I’ll pay $5 a day for internet. Glad I have a Mac. God Bless

The overall stay was not good. The person at front desk purposely gave us a room on the 2nd floor view or outside air conditioner & pipes. Never stay in room 210. Also I don’t believe the room was throughly cleaned there was no wash cloths in sight. I was too tired to go downstairs & complain so I just bathed with long hand towels. Not to mention the overpriced parking rate per day at $54 per night. Thank goodness it was only a one night & one time stay only.

Why is room service only available 3 times per week for such high priced and esteemd hotel? We had to ask for towels at the pool, we had to ask for toilet paper, we had to ask for coffee pads, the breakfast is rather basic compared to other Resudence places.

The building is tired and the amenities for a residence inn are not what they used to be. Our room was not very clean. The breakfast was underwhelming. It has been better at other Residence Inns. The staff was nice though.

The employees at this hotel are phenomenal! Every single person is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional and super helpful. I felt really safe staying there and it was easy parking and very convenient. The rooms were very clean and it was very quiet and I would absolutely stay there again.

Told on arrival that room was unavailable because of a leak. Representative said that ******* had been contacted but I was not informed of the cancellation and drove through a winter storm only to arrive and be informed that a room was not available. Was not offered any assistance finding another room despite there being a sister hotel next door. Couldn’t provide paperwork indicating that we wouldn’t be charged due to the hotel’s inability to provide a room.

I stayed for 10days and I love it. the room are clean. I also appreciate the staff, very helpful. Recommend this hotel

Overall nice. Stain on couch that looked cleanable, cockroach by trash and tub way too shallow. Otherwise stay went well.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The lady that is supposed to take care of the rooms tried to come in, in spite of having the do not disturb sign on the door. :/
