We were in the area for a family wedding. We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. We experience the best customer service. Couldn't do enough to help. Thank you Kayley and your team for everything. Lovely setting, lovely room & lovely food. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, lovely accommodation, food just perfect along with the atmosphere, only one small issue, if you have a room overlooking the main road, it’s gets a bit noisy in the evening, but apart from that my stay for 2 nights was exactly what I asked for, big thanks to kayley & the staff

The room was a decent size , shame the doorway had mould on it and the bottom of the door had a plank of wood across the bottom of it that hadnt even been painted to match the door. Also mould in bathroom. The facilities were good, lots of drink sachets and milk which makes a change. Comfy bed but unfortunately kept awake most of the night by something outside/in other room, fan or compressor or something. Breakfast was not available which had we known in advance we would have booked elsewhere, and no food after 3 on a sunday. No one around when we went to leave so couldnt discuss issues. wouldnt stay again

Traditional village pub. Good range of food and drinks and the room was very comfortable. Staff friendly and obliging, but when spending £100 for an overnight stay, I'd expect not to be charged extra for breakfast!

Beautiful olde worlde pub. Katie was so attentive and very professional. Food fabulous too. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the pub with family, including small children and the food was great. We were a large party and everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff (Charlie, Katie, Rowan and Milly) were very helpful and friendly and the service was great. Will definitely recommend to friends!

The reason for our family coming to the Cherry Tree was a sad one, a funeral wake. But from start to finish Ria and her team were fantastic. Organising was made so easy and everyone was very impressed with the hot buffet. Their chef suggested a delicious menu which catered for allergies and vegetarians yet everything was enjoyed by all. We had a private room in the beautiful old pub, next to an open fire so we were all really comfortable. I highly recommend the Cherry Tree and thank them so much on behalf of all the family for such a well planned day.
