Stockbridge Lakes B&B is a delightful escape from the ordinary. From the moment you step inside, your enveloped in a sense of serenity and warmth. The innkeepers Anita and Marvin were gracious and attentive. They made me feel like an honored guest. The room was clean, cozy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The grounds were beautiful landscaped, and the peacefulness of the lake added a soothing tranquility to my soul. This is not just a bed and breakfast; it's a haven for weary souls seeking solace.

The minute we approached this place, we liked it. We were met at the door by the host. She introduced herself and the place for us. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. She made us feel like we were visiting relatives than staying at a bed and breakfast. If you forgot anything or just looking for someplace to eat, there's a publix ***** mall with a domino's pizza and Chinese food with a 2 minute drive or walk of 10 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and delivered to our room. I can't say enough about this place and the beautiful couple who hosts it.

From the moment that I made contact with Anita, my experience with Stockbridge Bead & Breakfast was nothing short of amazing! Anita & Marvin were extremely attentive and listened to my and my husband's thoughts and concerns about our stay! The Bed & Breakfast accommodations left nothing to be desired, the host thought of everything. I have decided that this will be a recurring staycation for me. My only caution in highly recommending this hidden gem , is that too many people may start to come and book my ideal dates.

Very friendly welcome. Beautiful area and room. Spacious bathroom with lots of amenities. Very quiet and peaceful. Basket breakfast was great. Every effort to make us feel at home! Convenient location.

My husband and I were treated with warmth kindness and our stay was extremely enjoyable. We sat out on the porch in a swing for two and rested after a long tiring drive. We dined like royalty in the beautiful dining room. Our bedroom was exquisite.. comfortable and meticulous. We highly recommend you stay with Anita and Marvin if you are looking for comfort kindness and true southern hospitality

It was SO comfortable and wonderfully decorated. I relaxed and also had fun. The chef was amazing, and the hosts made everything a 10/10. The owners give only first class service. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

The hosts were tremendous! They were so kind and took care of my EVERY need. The property was fantastic, and it was easy to get to. I cannot say enough about this bed and breakfast. I was alone, and they made my stay wonderful. They even have an executive chef for breakfast! Please visit this place even if you live 18 minutes away like me!

WONDERFUL! Where to start? Easy to find. Effortless parking. Quiet. Immaculate. Spacious, comfortable and generously appointed rooms. Terrific mattress! Personal service. Beautiful grounds. Chef Marcus puts on a fantastic breakfast! Ours was shrimp & grits, best ever, but you can request what you like in advance. If quiet is your thing, take up any one of many peaceful and shady perches, in front or back of the generous property. We took the front porch swing. If the outdoors calls, feed the fish and turtles in the lake, paddle boat, spot the hawk that holds court over it all! PLUS: The Lakes B&B is a short 15-minute walk from the amazing Stockbridge Amphitheater! We took in the Boyz II Men concert and it was lovely, for a change, to not have to worry about parking. Innkeepers Anita and Marvin expertly strike that B&B balance of attentive personal service and respectful privacy. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to rest our weary travelers' bodies. Our hosts Anita and Marvin were wonderful and anticipated our every need. The accommodations were lovely and super clean. The grounds and setting were beautiful. This bed and breakfast is easily accessible from the interstate highway (5.5 miles) and to nearby restaurants.

The host are the best, making sure you have everything you need and more!! We had a great room and breakfast was fantastic complements to chef! We choose to have dinner one night of our stay, wish we had of every night it was 4 star restaurant quality!! We had a wonderful relaxing time, totally loved the grounds! You will love your stay! We are looking forward to our next visit!!! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Alanta area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stockbridge Lakes Bed and Breakfast. We had an entire floor to ourselves which was wonderful for my husband, myself, and our 4 children. We were given a warm welcome by Anita and Marvin who were also kind enough to let our children feed the many turtles and fish at the lovely lake. The rooms were well appointed, and every detail was thoughtful to make our stay very comfortable. Our children also loved the gameroom to play pool and foosball as well as the smart tvs in every room. Marvin and Anita were both gracious and communicative during our entire stay and made sure we had what we needed. This place is definitely a hidden gem and we hope to return soon.

Anita and her family made my birthday very special! Their loving hospitality and care was so tangible and genuine. They made sure I was comfortable by increasing the thermostat in my room when I had no idea that I made them too warm as chef made my delicious breakfast. They sang Happy Birthday and made an addition to my breakfast… a fruit parfait with a birthday candle! The bed and breakfast is very clean and my room contained all of the comforts of home.

my wife + I stayed at Stockbridge Lakes B&B 2 times, for 1 nite each time. this is a wonderful B&B - super clean, and marvin + anita were wonderful hosts (very attentive to your every need) - superlative lodging in every way. GG & VG, eau claire WI
