Geen koffie apparaat, geen schoenlepel, geen flesje water, geen toiletartikelen. Geen sloffen. Kwam met de boot uit Helsinki maar kon niet eerder op de kamer, het is nooit te controleren dat de kamer niet gereed is, en mijn gevoel zij....., maar volgens de dame is 3 uur drie uur. Het ontbijt simpel. Tot 10.00 uur. Je kunt zelf wafels maken. Maar een ei gerecht bestellen is er niet bij. Waarbij gezegd moet worden dat er nagenoeg alles is. Perfect zacht gekookte eieren, maar helaas ijskoud. Bedden kussens zijn dermate versleten dat er geen vorm meer in is te krijgen. Slappe hap. Moeten vervangen worden. Inhoud is op. Ik werd verwezen naar een parkeergarage, helaas werd er niet bij verteld hoe een en ander werkte, Ben tenslotte een buitenlander. Maar bevreemde eigelijk omdat er op de boeking site van het marriott staat dat ze een eigen parking hebben!! Toilet op de badkamer, er is met wat zoeken wel een badjes. Kamer wordt goed schoongemaakt. Kamer is in mooi zwart wit, prima gordijnen. Fijne locatie. Ook keertje gegeten in het restaurant. Prima.

La chambre était assez grande, décorée très sobrement, mais avec une vue peu engageante sur une cour intérieure, par ailleurs très calme. Proche d'une station de métro, pratique, et non loin de la gare centrale. Salle du petit déjeuner agréable, sauna aussi.

Lovely Boutique Hotel. Miss Clara is a beautiful hotel with Scandinavian interior. The staff at the Front Desk are very professional and friendly. An extra touch was the welcome card and the caramels. The breakfast is very nice the outdoor terrace is stunning with a lot of flowers. The hotel is part of Marriott so if you are a Bonvoy member you get points . Coming back !

We had a great stay at Miss Clara. The location, the stylish scandi interior to the friendly and professional staff at the Front Desk. The Byredo amenities in the bathroom are amazing. We had dinner in the restaurant and we really enjoyed it. We are Bonvoy Platinum members and used points for this stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you Miss Clara!

5 star hotel with excellent, friendly customer service! A perfect location and a beautiful atmosphere outside and within the hotel - I can’t wait to stay here again when I come back! I highly recommend this hotel, not to mention that the restaurant downstairs has the best brunch in Stockholm, and the pizza place just next door is New York Quality (from an NYC Native)- 15/10!!! Love this place

Cramped room, deafening street noise all night, dysfunctional climate control, dingy common areas, NO overnight staff (locked out? Something broken in the room? Good luck!). And it’s not a “design hotel” as it claims to be. Cheap furniture, cheap fixtures, and cheap curtains. If you took a Best Western, painted the rooms white and attached a rickety half-chair to the end of each bed, you’d have Miss Clara. As I wrote this I’m trying to get anyone to answer the phone to turn off the A/C that has been running all night, while I listen to shouting and drag racing on the street outside that is so loud you’d swear the windows were open (they’re not). What a let down.

Staff was friendly and hotel was centrally located, but the room itself is not something I want to stay in again. Very small room with an incredibly small bathroom There was a glass window with see-through curtain from the room into shower, and another into the toilet. This would be fine if you are traveling by yourself for business, but not what I expect when booking a room for 2 people No A/C. The fan controls only stay on for a short amount of time and then you have to press a button. I’m sure it’s fine most of the year, but was very hot and uncomfortable during this summer week. Thankfully was able to request a fan for the last night. Room looked out onto an office building with people looking into room. Would be fine if I could close the curtains, but due to the lack of A/C we had to keep a window open.

Sehr gute Zimmer und Personal. Gutes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Hygienekonzept. Daher sehr gute cost benefit Relation. Zentrale Lage und gute Infrastrukturanbindung. Sehr empfehlenswert, hoher Focus auf dem Gast und seine needs.

Wonderful hotel , loved the design and location. Great rooms , byredo amenities , good mini bar , comfortable bed . I loved the sauna , the gym is very small , but good enough for a short workout. I enjoyed staying at the first floor and looking out my window on the busy sveavagen . It was great )

Just a wonderful experience from check in to check out ! Front desk manager was great.. Room was roomy .. We happen to have a room with a half bath and full bath which was nice. Room faced an alley which was fine..No street noise at all.. Location was within walking distance to the restaurants and the places we wanted to go…Old city portion, Vassa etc. We are walkers…so places approx a mile away are fine with us to walk. Hotel was up to date..rooms were up to date … Buffet breakfast offered a fresh choices of many options…Not to be missed. A pleasant surprise given American hotels have abandoned quality breakfast in this price category. FYI we trained in from the airport to the Central train station and walked to the hotel.

The staff are the big selling point for Miss Clara. Approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming they make the difference. Nothing is too much trouble, you can ask them literally anything and they will give you a sensible answer that draws on their love of Stockholm. They are a big plus. The hotel itself is scandi chic personified - white linen, dark wood, beautiful toiletries, there is lots to like. The rooms are on the small side (think Paris proportions) but functional and there’s everything you need for a short break (we stayed for 2 nights). The location is good (an extended walk to the waterfront) department stores and bars. Like any major city you are spoiled for choice and Uber is your friend. Stockholm itself is laid back. There’s plenty to do, or do nothing at all. Our top tips are to explore Gamla Stan (old town), waterfront, and Djurgarden. An archipelago tour is a good way to spend an afternoon but it’s not a must see (the topography is lovely if not spectacular).

Good location but the rooms are very basic for the price with small bathroom. Our sink had no closure or plug and despite asking twice during our stay, it was not fixed. There are no amenities in the room apart from hand wash and shampoo etc. Breakfast was served until 10 on Fridays but when we went down at 950, the woman was rude, telling me they close in ten minutes. They were already clearing up and we were made to sit in the bar area not in the restaurant and eat asap. It cost £40 for two to be rushed out and not allowed to sit in the restaurant. We ate out at the Greasy Spoon nearby after that. Much better choice, food and service! On check out, I was not asked if everything had been ok with our stay. Very poor

I love this hotel - great staff, wonderful rooms and a very comfy bed! Kudos to the big windowsill, perfect for quickly check emails while looking out over Stockholm inner city! The restaurant is great and their pizzeria serves one of the best pizzas in town!! The location is really convenient too - highly recommend it!!

This is an awful hotel that doesn't meet Marriott affiliation standards. It's not that the room is supersmall or cramped; that would be alright under certain circumstances. Rather, there is no 24-hour security coverage; the desk is unattended overnight. The bed, contrary to the description for "deluxe corner," is not a king bed, but two twin beds uncomfortably smashed together. The bathroom has a completely transparent glass door and wall (when I say "glass," I mean "glass," not translucent or semi-opaque frosted glass), so you get to watch and hear your traveling companion go to the bathroom; spouses don't find this particularly romantic, but, of course, many people travel with a friend or child, and so this feature, completely absent from the website, is completely unacceptable. The room is on a busy main road, which would be OK if it had sealed double-glazed windows, but the thin windows barely close correctly, meaning you hear noise all night. I've never had to abruptly leave a property, but after one night in this property, we left, and the perfectly friendly clerk did not seem at all surprised by this decision. It wasn't a matter of "speaking to the manager," because none of these problems were remotely fixable -- this hotel room is sold under false pretenses, and is a scam for $400 a night. It would be alright for, say, a super-budget hotel for very young, cash-strapped single people who don't mind a little adventure, but not as billed as a four-star Marriott property.
