思科普斯布隆酒店(Hotell Skeppsbron)

地點和酒店接待都非常友好。 不過，根本不隔音，所以在另一個房間說話就像在你旁邊說話一樣。 而且最大的問題是，每當使用熱水時，鍋爐每隔幾分鐘就會發出一聲爆炸的聲音。 雖然我對聲音不敏感，但隔音不夠，用熱水時噪音很大，很不方便。

I stayed at Hotell Skeppsbron for over a week and was so comfortable during my stay. It is a simple hotel right near the water and across from an excellent bakery I visited every morning for their cinnamon and saffron buns! The amenities are simple - there is no fridge or anything to cook food with. Just simply a bed, wardrobe, television and a nice sized bathroom with a shower. It was perfect. Johnny was very kind and accommodating and there was always someone at the front desk if you needed anything at all. I would easily stay at Hotell Skeppsbron again the next time I visit Stockholm.

I was double-charged. I paid for the hotel by credit card when I checked in, then the manager knocked on the door that night and said the transaction had been declined. I went out to the lobby with him, and he ran by backup credit card. He assured me the first transaction had not gone through. When I got my credit card statement, I saw that both transactions had gone through. I emailed the hotel, no response for five days. I called three times, on the third try I got the manager (same guy, as I suspect this is a one-man operation). He told me that he would call me back tomorrow between 11am and 7pm. I told him that I had already sent an email with no reply, and he hung up on me. This is a classic double-charge scam, hoping I don't notice the item on both credit card statements or can't argue the charges in a foreign country.

We loved the location! We didn’t realize that our room was in the basement with a strange configuration above a rock ledge with only a couple steps on which to put our luggage……and to crawl above them to get to the mattress! We had our own bath/shower which was a plus. Price was right. Front desk very helpful.

L'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé sur l'île de la vielle ville. On est au Palais Royal en 5 minutes à pieds comme pour rejoindre le Musée du Prix Nobel ou encore la station de Métro Gamla stan. On est à 20 minutes à pieds (marche tranquille) du terminal de Ferry Viking Line, à 15 minutes du Musée de la Photo et à 15-20 minutes de la Gare centrale. Il y a une Coop tout proche, ainsi que des restaurants et magasins. La chambre était toute petite mais bien rangée, propre et la salle de bain était très propre également. Toutefois, aucune possibilité de laisser son bagage sur place après le check-out. J'ai envoyé un SMS au numéro de téléphone qu'on m'avait donné mais je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse, malheureusement. C’est un peu le point négatif. Il est cependant possible de laisser ensuite vos sacs éventuels dans des consignes dans des musées ou à la gare centrale. Dans les musées, les consignes sont souvent gratuites (Musée médiéval ou encore Musée Vasa) et à la gare c’est 39 SEK / h avec un maximum de 199 SER / 24h. Mais un hôtel devrait toutefois permettre l’entrepôt d’un bagages quelques heures entre le check-out et un autre départ.

We got to.the hotel before check in time, and we were lucky enough that our room was ready, and the staff was kind enough to let us in. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good, and location is AMAZING. Beds are small and the street in front is a bit noisy, but all good. Would stay here again.

Prisvärt hotell med påhittigt inredda rum. Rummet vi hade var i källaren så ingen utsikt men det centrala läget kompenserade för detta.

Sicuramente è una struttura particolare, le camere interrate nelle parte storica (risalente al 1634), mentre al piano superiore sono presenti un’altra decina di stanze. Essendo sottoterra, naturalmente non hanno una finestra, ma sono talmente particolari che questo dettaglio non è di così importanza. Ho pernottato in una camera con WC privato e doccia in comune: la camera è accogliente, piccola e calda, proprio a livello di temperatura, infatti viene fornito un piccolo ventilatore per cercare di renderla più confortevole possibile. Però ci sono tante piccoli accorgimenti che si potrebbero facilmente migliorare. In bagno c’è un rumore continuo causato dalle tubazioni: ogni tot qualcosa le fa sbatte e di morte questo rumore è particolarmente fastidioso. La doccia condivisa è pulita, come tutta la struttura in generale, ma il box doccia non si chiude correttamente ed è facile allagare tutto il pavimento. Johnny alla reception è davvero gentile e solare, sempre pronto a una battuta!

我們在晚上 7 點左右到達。聯繫了前台的那個人，他問我們是否有他們通過電子郵件發送的代碼。從來沒有得到密碼，但他一直在問😂。一分鐘後，他給了我們門的密碼。第二天郵件就來了。總體有點失望。圖片並未準確展示該物業。一條小巷的側門。房間非常小。如果你有浴室，它不會大很多。電視壞了。無線網絡很好。除了你的床，沒有地方可以坐。只有當你只想睡在那裡才好。不要期待任何便利設施（水、咖啡、微波爐、冰箱、桌子、椅子等）。熱量很好用。裝飾也過時了。
