We booked this hotel to see a concert, which we found out was cancelled upon check-in due to poor air quality from the Canadian fires. Staff had put a sign on the desk about the concert. The hotel offered to let us cancel our stay with no charges, but we opted to spend the night. We were invited to take part in the hotel's evening social program with free refreshments and $1 glasses of wine. The place was very clean and well kept. Our room had a mini-kitchen, couch with chaise seat, desk, table, and bed. There was a coffeemaker with coffee and shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion in bathroom dispensers. The kitchen had everything we needed. The premises are very nice with lots of padded lounging furniture outside. There's a wetland and short walking trail by the property. The pool was clean and the pool room was very warm, which made swimming comfortable. Our only complaint was the loud ventilation and pump systems. It was uncomfortably loud in the pool area so we shortened our swimming. The ventilation blowers can also be heard in the outside lounging area. Since both of us suffer from tinnitus, those are serious concerns for us. Other than that, it's a great place, very close to Blossom Music Center, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. The free breakfast was wonderful, many hot & cold options, and the area was clean and food was kept well stocked.
