貝爾斯託酒店(The Bell at Stow)

我們原本預訂的是史都華之家的一間精品客房。第一印象，房間很可愛，佈置得很好，我們迫不及待地想住三晚。我按了門鈴，15 分鐘內一位紳士就過來了。我的印像是他認為我在挑釁。他按了淋浴間一會兒，試圖告訴我水正在變暖，幾乎不溫不火。我告訴他，洗澡太冷了，所以他為我們提供了貝爾酒店的一間「高級」房間過夜。所以我們只好重新收拾行李，在深夜冒著雨走在路上。這位先生正在等我們，他說房間是我們剩下的住宿時間，並根據情況發表了一些其他評論 我不欣賞他的態度。我們立刻就覺得我們的新房間比我們原來住的房間低了一個檔次，浴室和淋浴很小，你必須小心擦乾身體，因為你會撞到東西。房間本來可以更乾淨一些。床罩和靠墊上有灰塵。所有燈和插座上都有灰塵。其他人的牙膏吐在浴室的磁磚上。我覺得我們在 3 個晚上花了很多錢（562 英鎊）買了一些不值那麼多錢的東西。話雖如此，早餐很好，有很多選擇，我看到在那裡工作的其他女士也非常好，非常友好，樂於助人，工作非常努力

We actually stayed in the Stuart House that’s up the street from The Bell. So don’t know how the rooms are in The Bell, but would devotedly recommend the Stuart House property.

Plenty of free parking out the front and the design of the room was beautiful, if a little tatty. Absolutely no sound proofing between rooms though so barely slept due to noise levels in the evening and very loud vacuuming noise early in the morning. I'm a heavy sleeper but this was too much even for me.

Staff was lovely and the place was decorated nicely. HOWEVER, THIS PLACE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. 1) The bed was so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows were hard too. I think I slept better camping in my tent. 2) There was no shelves to put your stuff, especially in the bathroom. I ended up having to lay my toiletry bag on the floor. 3) Pet peeve, but I don't understand how the room designer expected we use hair dryer and flat iron they thoughtfully provided. The only mirror is in the bathroom and the outlets in the bathroom does not support the hair dryer/iron sockets!! 4) The room was quite tight. Although all the decorative pillows and paid snacks look nice in pictures, they take up the useful space that would have given me more space for MY THINGS. Overall, this place looks pretty in pictures, but was not a comfortable stay for us. I would not recommend this place to my friends at the current conditions.

Es un hotel con mucho encanto. La habitación es amplia. El baño está bien aunque no tiene para colgar las toallas y se hace un poco incómodo. No tiene aire acondicionado pero tienen ventilador. Es muy confortable la parte del bar y las cenas y desayunos están bien.

Really lovely. Able to park outside. Able to go downstairs for breakfast. Room was warm and safe. Hotel has a great atmosphere. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful touches- sloe gin and shortbread. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels.

Highly recommend this property. I was at Stuart House which is a short walk from the Inn. It was charming and had everything I needed. The team were gracious and friendly.

We booked a double room,but were a little disappointed on arrival to find out we werent staying at the Bell as expected, but rooms 200 yds up the street at Stuart House. The room was extremely small and we found it quite difficult to move around the bed area. They had made the most of the space as it was fully stocked with fridge, tea and coffee making , iron and board, hairdrier, TV etc. But a little cramped for our liking. Would have booked a superior double had we known

Superb place to stay. The main inn/pub is near the centre of Stow and serves super food. There is a small courtyard development 100m up the road, which is where I stayed in an upgraded room. The staff are great, and I would highly recommend this as a place to stay - I was very impressed.
