斯託弗蘭克度假酒店及Spa(Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa)

The property didn’t look well maintained. Garbage was just sitting in the entry way for our room. The coffee creamer in our room was chunky. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night and when I checked in I wasn’t informed that it was closed. The spa had yellow stained robes, the waterfall in the pool area didn’t work. I went in for a deep tissue massage and I did not get that at all. This was not a cheap stay and it is very disappointed that it was such a terrible experience.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at Stoweflake, and we have had an EXCELLENT experience both times! The location is perfect, with great dining options, walking paths, and trails nearby. Girakafe and Piecasso are our favorite! But the amenities of the resort by far make our experience. We used the gym daily, racquetball court is a great family activity, the indoor and outdoor pool, and the pool table. We also had a massage this trip! Staff is so friendly, room are comfortable and clean, and the hotel is nice and quiet. Can't wait to return!

The stowflake has the ability to be a nice place however it is very dated. The roof shingles are practically falling off and things aren’t so aesthetically appealing. There are limited amenities for onsite food and drinks. The person at the front desk Dan wasn’t very welcoming. Unfortunately we probably won’t go back to give this place another chance for the price there are much nicer options.

Propre, personnel avenant, beaucoup de commodités. Pas de restaurant à distance de marche le soir.

There was a fire alarm ringing the first evening for a long period of time and the next morning there was no water in the room. Couldn't flush the toilet, take a shower or even make a cup of coffee. Most outrageously, we were not even informed that there was no water! We had to find out when they couldn't flush the toilet. Called the front desk and they didn’t answer. Went to the desk and asked for the manager and was told that they were not available. Was offered a refund of the facilities charge which is unacceptable.
