What a lovely 1 night stay I had. Bill is a great host providing spotlessly clean rooms, great hospitality, perfect in room facilities, great choice of locally sourced breakfast, good location 15 mins stroll from the town and an all round very good value for money B&B. I will definitely be back.

What can I say, this is easily one of the best places we have ever stayed. From our arrival and being offered tea/coffee and home made cake we felt welcomed like old friends. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was outstanding, we only wished we could have stayed another night to have sampled the smoked salmon and scrambled egg. It looked scrummy! We can't rate this guest house highly enough. {maybe this should be kept to ourselves} THANK YOU!!

A delightful B&B: very comfy bed, excellent large bathroom, yummy biscuits supplied, wonderful breakfast too. But what really makes it super special is Bill, the host. He was extremely helpful and considerate. Wish I could have stayed longer. PS: I even met some lovely fellow-stayers at breakfast (and I don't normlly 'do' early morning chat with strangers but they were lovely and interesting)!!

This is a small, 3 guest rooms, B&B, parking is available at the front of the property for 2 cars. The road is not too busy but the bus service into town is infrequent, ( & stops all together at 18.00) but that said it's only a 20 minute walk and is quite straightforward. Bill met us with a smile and showed is to our room, we had the twin on the ground floor. It's a good sized room with comfy beds, crisp white bed linen and pine furniture. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, a must for 2 ladies ! The bathroom is bright and airy with a bath and over bath shower, which was good and powerful, not the trickle you sometimes get. Bill was full of information on what do and see during our stay and supplied us with a map of the town, which he marked with places of interest to us. The breakfast was very good, I tried both the full English and the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and they were both yummy, you have to try the homemade jams and marmalades, they are quite rightly award winning. The only thing I can find as a negative is that the breakfast room was right across from ours and you can hear other guests having their food, perhaps it might be an idea to close this at times Bill ? All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely reconciled it.

Host Bill was amazing; great sense of humour and eager to share super tidbits about Stratford’s history. Not just about Shakespeare, either. Look up Marie Corelli! Room was comfortable and bright. And breakfast was delicious! To top it all off, Bill met us at the train station with our luggage just before we departed so we could enjoy a few more hours of sightseeing without being encumbered - thank you Bill!

Just leaving from an overnight stay at Moss cottage,Bill is a charming and helpful host. Lovely breakfast, very handy for a walk into Stratford. Comfortable sleep. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely worth a stopover. Julie Hugh sneddon.

Moss Cottage is a lovely place to stay to explore Stratford and the Cotswold. Run by Boll and Peter that made every effort to make me feel welcome including a much needed drink when I arrived. With just a few rooms it felt very much at home. The room was clean including an ensure bathroom. The cooked breakfast was tasty and filling. I’d definitely recommend Moss Cottage as a place to stay

Moss Cottage is a charming, well located guest house very close to Stratford town centre and all the amenities. The accommodation is spotless and Bill, the host is charming, full of local knowledge and suggestions. He cooks a mean breakfast too! Great location and value for money

Great 3 day stay at Moss Cottage, looked after by the friendly and very knowledgeable Peter. Perfect for a day at the races or a wander into Stratford upon Avon and its many amenities. Would not hesitate to stay again.

After 3 tiring weeks on the road we checked into Moss Cottage and immediately felt at ease. Bill, our host, was once again gracious and helpful with our Stratford plans.

Had a wonderful stay at Moss Cottage. Very convenient for a stroll into Stratford and very close to the racecourse. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and lovely breakfast. Would love to come back for a longer visit.

Carol and I have had a wonderful time at Moss Cottage. Bill greeted us with tea,coffee and homemade fruit cake. He gave us excellent advice on local amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The bedroom was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Bill cleaned the rooms and replenished the stocks of tea,coffee etc each day. The breakfast was substantial, well cooked and really appetising. You couldn't wish to meet a nicer man or get better value for money. We are looking forward to visiting again in future if Bill has vacancies. I would certainly recommend Moss Cottage. Linda

Great place and super clean the bedroom was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for the owner very helpful and a wonderful home cooked breakfast we will be back thank you! Also great location for Stratford Races within walking distance
