幫同事預訂的，同事出差。酒店地理位置很好，在鎮子中心，吃飯遛彎都方便。房間乾淨整潔，價格也合適，性價比高。

Great location just across the road to the rsc theatres and right near the river restaurants and bars.hotel restaurant really good ,bed was so comfortable and really helpful on reception.

An extremely nice hotel. Great room with very good air con. Very well located. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Very highly recommended for a stay in Stratford.

An absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is situated in an idyllic position with the RSC Theatre directly opposite on the banks of the Avon. What really made the trip was the incredible colleagues of the hotel who were so accommodating throughout. We loved our stay. Thank you so much.

Biggest challenge was finding out that we'd been iver charge by Hotel.com as the invoice from the hotel itself was less. This really put a dampner on the stay. Hotel.com didn't do a anything about it, simply didn't care/not their problem. The hotel itself was nice, we had two room both looked and fitted wonderfully. Sadly our room had very noisy floors from the room above - like a heard of elephants going to sleep and woken up too early. It was supposed to be relaxing. The ither woom smelt a little musty and damp. Service seemed slow, both reception and the restaurant. Friendly enough but you expect more when you pay more. Location was great, free parking a bonus. But overall disappointed.

This is a very well located hotel close to the town centre, the river and the RSC Theatre. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Decor is noticeably fading and the bathroom showed signs of age with rusting metal and mould on the grouting. The common areas also show wear and tear. I enjoyed my cooked breakfast but the continental selection was very limited for a hotel of this type. The butter was served rock hard and difficult to spread on the toast. The restaurant was very cold in the morning and we had to go back to our room for sweaters. Service in the bar and restaurant was attentive and friendly. All in all we enjoyed the stay and it is good value at this time of year

A very good hotel, the staff were excellent, engaging and highly professional. Our room was beginning to show the need for some refurbishment but was clean with a very comfortable bed: Parking was somewhat problematic due to the Christmas lunches but the staff made room for us. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Beautiful hotel looking over the Avon and almost opposite the RSC theatre. Stayed in the Oak bedroom which was very nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful and just couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again. Excellent location for thé town of Stratford and the Swan theatre.

Lovely hotel, staff all very nice and very helpful. Great location. Car parking good and secure, I'd get directions to the car park before you arrive, we couldn't find the entrance! The receptionist came to the rescue and provided directions, Breakfast was plentiful, we had the full english. Dinner was a little disappointing, I had steak, it wasn't very nice but the staff did all they could to make amends and we were happy when we left. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again.

The staff at this hotel were great, they were friendly and helpful throughout without being obsequious. The restaurant manager appeared attentive and genuinely interested in all his guests and was thorough in his attention to detail. Certain aspects of the Hotel appear a little tired and a splash of decoration would not go amiss in some places but this did not spoil our stay. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. Looking forward to visiting again. Please make no drastic changes.

Absolutely amazong hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Close to town and river. Would definitely stay again.

Overpriced for a just above average hotel. I realise that you are paying for the location, But doesn’t warrant the exorbitant price of a tiny dark bedroom. Would definitely not recommend.

A fantastic stay with a lovely welcome. Great location in Stafford-upon-Avon and wonderful staff. Lots of attention to detail.
