Il est regrettable, alors que l hôtel était presque vide , d’avoir eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. La salle de bain n’était pas du tout fonctionnelle , pas agréable , trop petite. Nous en avons fait part à un membre de la réception qui nous a répondu : oui vous avez raison . Dommage

Ho prenotato tramite sito per un aperitivo in terrazza, Rooftop Perlage, per essere precise, accoglienza davvero a 5 stelle nonostante fossimo clienti esterni, siamo state accompagnate in ascensore e al nostro ingresso c’era il direttore del locale che ci ha accolte in maniera cordiale e professionale, ci ha accompagnato al tavolo con vista isola bella, staff davvero molto preparato anche sulla ricerca di vini, aperitivo di sashimi di tonno e altri stuzzichini accompagnati da un ottimo vino bianco. Consiglio perché oltre la vista merita anche per i cocktail particolari. Si può prenotare online semplice e comodo.

Clienti esterni dell'hotel, chiediamo di poter fare un aperitivo nella loro terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano. Che dire, esperienza stupenda dall'arrivo. L hotel è elegante, arredato in modo impeccabile, ogni cosa è al suo posto. Arrivati all' ultimo piano poi, si apre una vista stupenda sulle isole, e anche qui tutto è molto bello e raffinato... Buoni i cocktail e i loro finger food di accompagnamento Un ringraziamento al maitre e il suo staff , molto gentili e cordiali che ci hanno coccolato e deliziato durante la nostra permanenza

Albergo aperto di recente, dotato di grande charme e di ogni possibile confort, nel quale ho soggiornato per un impegno di lavoro. La mia camera, con vista lago dal balcone laterale, era molto grande, comoda, rifinita in modo impeccabile e dotata di tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un albergo di questo livello. Se posso fare un appunto, ho trovato un po' freddo lo stile dell'arredamento, a contrasto con l'aspetto esterno dell'antica villa, ma è chiaramente una questione di gusti. Purtroppo non ho avuto occasione di provare il roof top, decantato da altri recensori, ma ho apprezzato molto la colazione, per la quale viene servito pane caldo fatto in casa, oltre naturalmente a tutto quanto è a disposizione al buffet. Comodo e con spazi abbastanza ampi il garage sotterraneo, indispensabile per chi raggiunge l'albergo in auto, e magnifica la posizione, affacciata sul lungolago. Un soggiorno impeccabile, insomma. Prezzi adeguati al livello dell'hotel, il cui personale si distingue per cortesia e professionalità.

On a adoré notre séjour. Personnel adorable. Chambre très grande, confortable. Hôtel magnifique, la décoration est folle. Dans notre top 5 des meilleurs hôtels du monde qu’on a eu la chance de faire…. Rooftop magnifique… vue lac imprenable… Salle de bain en marbre gris marron hyper original - magnifique. Tout est soigné. Super Bien placé, central. Restaurant gastronomique délicieux et rapport qualité prix imbattable. L hôtel nous manque !

Buonasera, Martedì 30 aprile siamo stati presso il bar sul roof top della vostra struttura Boutique hotel a Stresa. Devo dire che abbiamo riscontrato una grande professionalità ed una grande conoscenza dei prodotti; la definirei un esperienza da provare assolutamente per la semplicità degli ingredienti di base, ma soprattutto per come vengono elaborati e strutturati i cocktail, a partire dalle fermentazioni fino alle spume per concludere con degli stuzzichini abbinati che erano davvero gustosi e particolari. Abbiamo degustato dei cocktail molto buoni, ma sopratutto unici nel loro genere di lavorazione; il vostro capo barman è stato sensazionale dalla creazione, al servizio, e alla spiegazione dei drink è stato molto soddisfacente vedere la passione nel raccontarceli senza difficoltà e in modo professionale, anche alle domande più complicate. Sono molto soddisfatto del lavoro svolto dal vostro capo barman e dal resto dello staff , vi ringrazio molto per la bellissima esperienza.

This is an exceptional hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in August 2024 and had the most wonderful experience during our stay. Every aspect of the hotel was well beyond our expectations. The quality of the facilities, the ambience of the environment and most of all the exceptional service from every member of staff was perfect. Nothing was ever any trouble and the staff attended to our every request, in the most friendly way possible. The hotel is very classy, most elegant and a charming environment to spend your holiday. We highly recommend the Boutique Hotel Stresa for a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We came to Stresa Boutique Hotel to celebrate our 10 years Wedding anniversaire. It was a Nice place, everything looks brand new. The food and the service were great at restaurant Bolle. In my opinion for a 5stars hotel, a real pool and spa area would be important. There is a small and cold little pool on the terrace. Their spa concept consists in private spa rooms that you can book. We tried the laguna, which is very nice but also very pricey. It definitely lacks of spontaneity. When we are in a hotel, we like to come back from a busy day of visits and spend a moment at the pool or in the sauna… without having to book it in advance amor pay for it.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and a highlight of our trip in the northern lake regions of Italy. We had to leave the Lake Como region as we were only able to find one night for an acceptable hotel there (i.e. clean and not run down), so we drove on to Lago Maggiore hoping our newly booked hotel would be as wonderful as the pictures showed. We ended up staying two nights and we were very sad to leave onto the next portion of our trip! To put it into perspective we came from a Hilton to this hotel and while the Hilton was impressive, there was something more pleasing and charming here. It is a completely new hotel along Lago Maggiore. Having finished construction in late August/early September, they had almost no wear and tear in the hotel. It is also ideal as it is located close to a ferry location, no more than 10 minute walk. This made it ideal for visiting the other islands around the lake. Their downstairs dinning room for breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about the chef or the professionalism of the staff. The knowledge of their maître d' taught us so much not only about the different food and wines, but the history and culture of this beautiful Italian city. They have a roof top area for lunch and I do recommend you use it as the view is spectacular. It is a relaxing way to spend the evening. Also, as it is located right along the lake, there is a long access of walkway just on the other side of the street to stroll and enjoy the views of not only the lake but some of the islands you may visit. A good consideration when having to walk off the excess meals you are sure to delight in! If you are in the norther lake region, do make Stresa a planned stop. I believe you will enjoy it much more than Lake Como as it is far enough from Milan so that it does not suffer as much from traffic congestion as Lake Como. And if you are staying in Stresa, look no further than here.
