不是普瑞米爾酒店通常的品質。房間很舊，有一個漏水的淋浴噴灑在房間裡，上面貼著絕緣膠帶，所以維護很清楚。早餐本身還可以，但人手不足，沒有足夠的自助服務設備，咖啡機和烤麵包機等基本設備……漫長的等待。最終失望的是，您的房間住宿不包含 6 英鎊的停車費。最好將其添加到房價中。整體失望。

We just Premier Inn because it is almost always conveniently located, clean, quiet, has all amenities required and is excellent value for money. Staff are well chosen and trained and always helpful and pleasant. Fitted our needs perfectly. Premier Inn gets it right.

Three night stay for the Great Manchester Run weekend. Room as expected, we book Premier Inns as we know what we will get. Only let down is that in family rooms it is always a double not king size bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel close to Media City and Tram links to Manchester Centre.

The bed is so comfy. Get a good night sleep every time we visit a Premier Inn. It was nice and clean which always makes it feel better too Reception was always on hand we were met by satveer who was really kind and friendly. She helped us all the way through.

A very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The plus room was very nice indeed and offered fresh coffee making. Unfortunately the left was being serviced but the reception staff made sure to take my case to my room and bring it down to reception the following morning before checkout. I enjoyed a very good breakfast at a reasonable price. Overlooking the canal was a bonus.

The room was super clean and tidy with tea tray, good amount of towels and spacious, I was checked in by a very friendly and helpful guy which made my stay much better! So thank you very much Yohan! Will definitely be staying again in the near future

Room was clean and comfortable. Receptionists were both very polite and helpful. Yohan specifically treated us with respect and showed interest into our plans in Salford, he also helped us when we asked about the area and seemed to know some very nice places to visit!! Will definitely come back next time.

My stay at the Premier Inn Salford Quays was fantastic, largely thanks to Nicola's exceptional service. Nicola was incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The scenery around the hotel was beautiful, and the reception staff were very kind and friendly! A receptionist named Yohan treated us warmly, making us feel very welcome. Although the elevator wasn't working, the staff carried all our luggage, which was very much appreciated.

We stayed here the night before a flight from Manchester. It seemed a more interesting spot for a family than an airport hotel. We were able to walk to Salford Quays attractions very easily and had dinner at a family friendly restaurant. An explore of the Blue Peter garden was a highlight and a one stop ride on the tram back!

Ideal for what we needed for my partner to go to the Lowry for a gig. Very friendly reception and helpful reception staff.

Great position overlooking the Quays. Perfect for visiting Old Trafford . Good parking at hotel…not expensive. Lovely sitting outside at Beefeater next door where the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and restaurant overlook the water sports area. Food was also very good.

Loved it here. Easy access to Quays and tram to centre 5 mins away. Will stay again. Much cheaper than city centre Premier Inns but better for us!

Friendly professional staff at check-in, spotlessly clean room, great shower, we will definitely be staying here again.
