The rooms were tired just about acceptable for one night . The whole hotel needs some TLC and the outside . It would appear that no one cares heads up and walk on by . I have to say the Salford Keys was very much the same grubby ! The only thing I could say positive about the hotel it was in a good location

Awful experience. Arrived to get to a game early so paid for early check in at 11am. Room wasn’t ready for us and a few others till 11:30am. Sounds trivial but this cut sort the match day expedience before the game. Asked for a refund. Was told 11am can’t be expected! False advertisement and paid extra for it. Just be careful if you plan to use as this ruined our weekend. They don’t check people out till 12pm.

The wi-if was very poor & the pub attached to the hotel ( Beefeater) closed at 10:15pm on a Friday night & while we sat outside finishing our drinks several people want a drink but unfortunately the door was locked

Nice comfortable room with views over the water (202). Pleasant enough room only one comfortable chair , could do with another as room big enough. Comfortable bed but pillows a bit soft for me and two to high. what happened to the choice they gave you at one time.p Only gripe is the single sheet toilet paper dispenser. Why can’t you just a loo roll.

My room was great the bed was huge and comfy, the breakfast was so yummy staff very helpful and friendly ( Kalarina ) Room clean and tidy Everything was great 👍🏻 wouldn’t change anything. So close to the tram line which takes you right into the city centre , bars and restaurants all around and with in walking distance.

I am a Single Mum in a Wheelchair with an Autistic Adult Son and we have been staying here for 8 years at least 4 times a year the Room is spacious and close to the Reception perfection, and as always the Staff give 100% Excellent service and work extremely hard to give Guests a wonderful experience during there stay. Salford Quays is a beautiful quiet place to stay which is ideal for us and we attend a lot of Shows at Bridgwater Hall and the Lowry Theatre and this Hotel is perfect and i can recommend eating in the Lowry bar area and Prezzo food is wonderful, and the walk along the promenade in the sunshine to these eateries on a sunny evening is wonderful. The Beds are always comfortable and if you let Reception know before 11am if staying a few days the room will be cleaned and refreshed for your return if going out for the day, the Cleaners work really hard to make sure the rooms are serviced well and you have everything you need and Irons and Ironing board is available if you ask at Reception. This is why i can highly recommend this Hotel and the Excellent Staff who all work very hard to make your stay amazing, we will be back in September. Julie H (Southport)

Location was great for Lowery theatre, and Salford keys, trams were frequent if you wanted to venture into Manchester city centre. Reasons for 3 ☆ we're Room was too hot and stuffy Toilet seat was loose, this was reported to reception. Mattress was too soft Chair in room had all the lining under hanging off, which made it look untidy

Never again !!! We stayed here Feb 16 for one night as we were going to a christening the sun afternoon,got told the room would be ready for 3pm as we paid for the car park so had a quick drink next door and went back at 3 to be told room actually was not ready!! Only one person on reception at check.in time??? My husband had to go to christening on his own until i got into room only to be disappointed with the room not what I requested complained again but no other rooms available oh and another 3 party's room were not ready either?? Anyway went to christening very late by now !! Came back to room after to be woke up twice yes banging doors kids above jumping off beds this was 11.30pm complained to security who did act on this only had an apology from premier inn ! Will not be returning went back home for some sleep

Todo perfecto 👌 chico en la recepción Levon muy amable me ha ayudado mucho me ha explicado todo lo que necesitaba. Recomiendo a todos mis amigos este lugar todo muy limpio y me quede muy satistecha. Seguramente volveré otravez gracias por todo
