This is quite possibly the dirtiest cesspit I've ever had the displeasure of stepping foot into. If you plan to shower while you stay here, forget it; not only is the shower enhanced with the dead skin of quite possibly every person who has ever stayed here (and that's a LONG time) but... The towels aren't available to use as you will want to cover the sick stained carpets between the bed and the toilet, that's if you dare remove your clothing to sleep here. They will promise refunds, don't believe them. There isn't enough money that could pay me to sleep here had I seen the filth before I arrived. Ps. This was a birthday present which left my family feeling terrible for the booking. DON'T DO IT, buy a tent...or sleep on the dirty mattress in the corner of the car park for free!

I stayed in room 19 in this place on the 12th December and can honestly say that this is the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life.........the way this place is shown on *********** is a total miss representation on this establishment.....I travelled with my Granson to celebrate his 16th Birthday and I so embarrassed and ashamed to have brought him there. I will share the photos with you so no-one else will get conned.

Good as money value . This hotel is a good choice for the summer but in thre winter time is a little bit to cold for my own taste. They did try to help with a small electric heater, but the window was loosing more heat than the radiator was able to get. This hotel is OK from a lot of points but from others it really needs some major investment specifically in the installation and a central heating system which will keep the entire building waem enough. The parking 🅿️ is available on site. The hotel is close to two supermarkets Tesco and Aldi what is good 👍 😊. The position of the hotel is easy driving accessible with just two turns from a major road. The hotel stuff is 5* they are doing the best with what they have. Congratulations to them all. Safe and security: In my opinion it does not look scary for adults but I don't know what to say about the children (I don't have). Over all if it was better insulated and heated it was even a better option for the winter time. They have indeed competitive prices, so it is a good financial option.

Do not book at this hotel. Due to a family emergency, they booked a room for two nights, but literally stayed four hours and preferred to stay in my settee. It took somebody 15 minutes to answer the main door, and the main communal area smelled of smoke . The room has stains and holes on the walls. The carpets you would never walk around in bare feet.. the bathroom is filthy with no plug for the bath that fits. There was stains on the mattress and other peoples hair in the sheets. When they went down to reception, there was nobody around . Upon going back to the room to collect their luggage there was another resident in their room, sitting on the bed. My family member left immediately . Please read all the other reviews. This hotel should be closed down. It is not fit for purpose.

Staff seem alryt to a certain degree however you would get a better stay in a hostel tbh my room well what can I say beds a filthy pretty sure I got bitten by bed bugs, curtains a very outdated n dirty bet curtains are filthy and has holes in, the walls had stains and filth on them and not to mention plenty of cracks in them floor bored are very flimsy sounds like people were going to come through walls a very thin so u can imagine the things you can hear! Staff making up lies about children making noise when we wasn’t even there bed sheets and duvets were all brown and yellow needs replacing tbh the list could go on very appalling not where family’s should be staying by no choice of their own

I couldnt stay the night in the room due to feeling unsafe. I was put in a ground floor room and the large window was left open when i entered. The bedding was miss-matched, brown pillows with a white duvet and a pale blue bottom sheet. There was no shower curtain, a broken lamp stand in a corner, marks on the walls and no way to heat the room. The tea and coffee was just in a pile on the side board. The lack of effort in all aspects and the open window made me afraid that it would be easy for someone to break in or that the owners might not care about the safety of the occupants. The door was opened by a physical key not a card. There is a fob to get into the main reception. I had to make other arrangements and leave soon after viewing the room. I would like a refund as I could not stay in the room as it was not the room advertised. I hope that at the very least people read this review and reconsider booking, especially when traveling alone.

Changed room as smelled of beer and vomit. Second room looked OK initially but found to be cold, no ch, window didn't cut, no shower curtain, tv broken, lack of bedding.... Don't recommend

For wat I paid 196£ the room was dirty the no shower cover so couldn’t have a shower no heating was a plug in heater… only good thing was just a 2 min walk to old Trafford
