Quite good

Stayed 3 days, clean, everything I needed (including bedside USB charging sockets by the bed - thumbs up for the refurb). No unnecessary frills. Excellent value. And always a cheerful recognition from Terry who remembers why we come and makes us feel welcome every year

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Stonehouse and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money with its budget-friendly rates. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Thanks, Flori, for checking me in and making everything so easy!

Clean and everything you would expect from a Travelodge. Starbucks, Greg’s and garage shop on site and a five minute drive to a nice pub with food

When we arrived we was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist Chelsea, she was so welcoming and polite and was super helpful, she answered all our questions and recommended a lovely pub, she’s a total credit to the team!! The room was super clean too! We will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Stonehouse . The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed.Close to M5. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Quik and easy check in. A huge thank you for Flori and the entire team. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel but disabled room had a bath instead of shower in the bathroom. Friendly staff, quiet room.

Stayed at for a few nights on my own, and as always Travelodge was a good budget-friendly option. The room was clean and had basic amenities like Wi-Fi, tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as well, just off the M5 and also close to Eastington which has a small shop for bits and bobs. My only negative would be the pavement outside being uneven with the slabs completely lifted in some areas. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

Basic as they come but does the job clean bed and pillows, have not stayed here for about two years now but I must say that the happy bubbly Terri is still there with her welcoming as ever lovely self . Must be a good asset to the company 5 star Terri

Travelling down to Devon and needed a stopover for a night. This fitted the bill being just off the motorway. Easy to find, friendly staff, recently revamped so room and particularly the bathroom very clean, good bed and very reasonable price. Perfect.

Nice size room and comfortable bed. So I have no complaints with the actual hotel. My gripe is that the car park area to the right of the main doors resembled a rubbish tip. There was glass bottles, cans etc strewn over the car park and really tarnished my experience at Stonehouse.

A Travelodge is a Travelodge, you know what you're getting! Rooms were very clean, bed and pillows really comfy but what made our 2 night stay special was the staff. Unbelievably welcoming, helpful, friendly and cheerful, even after a very long shift. Really handy having Starbucks next door too!!

...Staff member paul at stonehouse was very well spoken and helpful top marks! I was greeted on my arrival and departure, my room was up to standards and very clean I will most definitely be back! Thank you very much........................
