A recepção é maravilhosa, cama confortável, bom café. Porém a pessoa que faz a limpeza está desesperada para limpar e ir embora, quase derrubou a porta as 09 horas da manhã para limpar o quarto e ficou esperando na porta para fazer o checkout. Desesperada para limpar e ir embora só pode. Infelizmente uma pessoa, consegue denegrir a imagem do hotel.

I cant say enough good things sbout this hotel. My wife and I stayed 1 night on our way to Portland in Janusry. Our room was spotless and the king mattress, tv and bathroom were first rate. The free breakfast was much nicer than expected and the gym was s bonus. We stayed sgain our return from Portland and the hotel was excetional in execution. …. Highly recommend !

Late night check-in. Still had parking. Front desk guy was right there, awake and very pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was surprisingly one of the more comfortable I have slept in recently. Breakfast was typical for hotel type. Everything was replenished fast. They have stryrofoam lined cups which is terrible for you. Bring your own travel mug.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff — especially the woman who checked us in and the young lady working the night audit shift. Both were very kind and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the pool was closed, as that was one of the main reasons we chose to book this hotel. We also noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the beds. We ended up just not using that bed, but it was still concerning. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the cleanliness issue and closed pool affected our overall experience.

This Property is Tired. I decided to stay here since I flew into Bradley International and most of my business was between Sturbridge and Auburn. I usually stay closer to Worcester. I promise I’m not a hotel snob especially when traveling alone. Staff was nice enough for what they had to work with. They were pleasant and helpful. The hotel just reads old and not maintained. As I said, tired. Not its fault. The room was clean but again, felt old right down to the white towels that were old, worn and gray. Shower wasn’t draining and I was wading by the time I was done. I didn’t hate it but I don’t think that’s the bar we are trying to hit. At least it was convenient.

The bed i had was so soft or old it had a huge dip in bed carpeting did not look clean. Reason for booking was pool for my great granddaughter to enjoy and wouldn’t you know it was closed! Most disappointing of whole trip
