I want a refund. On a night where I was going to already get less than 6 hours of sleep, it took 30 minutes to check in. On top of this, there was no breakfast served; mot even coffee.

Great property. Stay here often. Only downside is the spa not in order. Seems they have issues with it often

Great stay, it was clean, warm. Not an issue at all. Check in was easy. Walls were either thick enough to not hear anything else or they booked people a room apart. Idk which but it improved my stay. Forgot my bathing suit and shorts so I didn't do the pool or fitness center. But everything was good

This is one of the most convenient places to stay, it's close to everything and the rooms are immaculate, and very comfortable. All staff, whether it be the amazing people at the front desk, the extremely hard working and very cordial housekeeping staff, or even the maintenance staff are all super helpful and extremely friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of and thoroughly enjoying your stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, quick to address even the littlest of concerns. Housekeeping is very impressive, lots of attention to even the finest of details.

When checking in, the front desk person, Payton was helpful and delightful!! Room was quiet and comfortable. I will be back!

Personnel were absolutely lovely, property is worn but well maintained. We had a terrific stay.

Pet friendly rooms are in a separate building. Breakfast was well stocked. Easy access to Mass Pike And Worcester

Had a wonderful stay for a few days. It was very nice to see the bar opened and had the best bartender, Conor serving us. He made great drinks, was very sociable. Gave us some tips on where to go to eat and things to do. We will be back soon for a visit.

The front staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was really nice and exactly what we needed for a little getaway.

The pool was great! Hot tub not so great!!! It was a murky grey color. The room was good. We got upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise.
