Our baby’s birthday trip could be the most unpleasant trip in the past few years. Firstly, the room is extremely dark for this room type, even you turn on all the lights in the room, you still need to go front of the room for make up. However, the size of the room was big, but unnecessary compare with the brightness of the room itself. We were considered the pay extra for upgrade, we rushed to go out, so planned to move to 810 another day. So we spoke with receptionist when we back at 20.10, she proposed to take us to visit the alternative rooms again another day morning, we were not sure about the rook number at that time. We walked to the room 810 around 20.15 and called to the reception to confirm room move 810, we requested to speak with the lady, however she off work, so we just informed to the man by phone. On Wednesday after breakfast, we informed to reception about room move 810, she informed last night agent confirmed to checking in 810. With my working experience at 5 stars hotel in bkk for over 7yrs, the service here is really far from bangkok. Before confirm to other customers, i thought you should recheck with me, or if u really need to confirm other customer for 810 without recheck, at least you should propose me to another room as make up. Customer’s satisfaction is always the priority especially we are in special occasion. Probably… resort services and hotel services are difficult story or status. We never see any smiling face on any receptionist or F&B staff, never greetings. The most friendly staff was the golf driver at night of Tuesday, he probably was the one who picked up the call. Oh!! There was a dead cockroach inside bathtub!! Our room type was garden suite. I think we will never come back. With the hotel rate, we could stay somewhere else. Just too disappointed on our birthday trip.
