The beds are much too high and should come with a stool to access the bed since there is no purchase within reach. This is NOT a bed for older seniors. Outdated lamps, there is no direct phone cord access in lamp bases you must have your adaptative pronged charger for computer access or to charge your phone. Room is very clean .The cooling/heating unit worked well also.

Over many years, we have stayed at this location after power loss and or heat loss in our home. It has gone thru several owners but has always been the place to find refuge when we couldn’t stay in our home without power or heat. I found the shower floor slippery so I ended up cleaning the soap scum with a Clorox wipe and Magic Eraser. Now it isn’t slippery but the cleaning staff should attend to this area in the future. My room was on the second floor and alas whoever had the room directly above me was walking around for hours and I could hear the person walking and ceiling creaking. Could expect that at the old Wayside Inn but surprised me in this building. I will stay here again but request a third floor room and hope the shower floor is cleaned of soap scum.

A great place to stay if you are deaf. It was super loud with thudding from about late into the night and early in the morning. I complained they said they would handle it, they did not. Then I complained in the morning exhausted and exasperated and someone overheard and said they had the same complaint- they were two rooms away. The guy at the desk shrugged and said 'well, it's an old building, we get that a lot, what would you like me to do about it. Its a shame because the ladies on staff Kristen? and didn't catch the other ones name (sorry) were both fantastic. And it was a lovely stay except for the stampeding rhino noises and loud shouting from above. Finally much more minor but each imidv. hotels door is rigged so there is literally no way to close them without slamming. This was wearing both for our neighbors and even our own coming and going.

Liked being able to park car near side entrance for easy access. Room was clean but a bit cramped - furniture did not fit well with shape of room.

The king bed is as, or more, comfortable, that my one at home. Wonderful night's sleep!! Room is incredibly spacious & staff is very friendly. I didn't need fridge or microwave, but a nice touch.

easy to spot on Route 20, nice restaurant and deli/pizza a short walk away, but that road sure is dark and lonely at night

This property is run down and not worth the money we paid to stay there. Everything is rickety and barely workable. We thought for $344 a night, it would at least be renovated. I haven’t stayed in a Days Inn this run down ever. Don’t waste your money.

Great stay - only complaint is they didn’t clean room over the 2nights we stayed . Had to ask to remove garbage and for clean towels
