馬納薩斯希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Manassas)

Hotel manager AJAY KAPOUR was not very accomodating. I was charged for a room that i did not stay in, and they never mentioned the extra room and charged my card and claimed he did not see the charge even after i showed it to him on my bank account. He assured me that he did not see that the hotel charged me although he looked at it. He told me if i had a problem to call him back and he would help me with it. He blatantly lied, he did not assist me in anyway, he basically ended the call and kept my money. If there was another room in my name it should have been mentioned at check in that i had 2 rooms. As nice as this hotel could be, AJAY KAPOUR is a stain on the Hilton brand. I stay at this brand very often. Just checked out of one this morning. NEVER AGAIN!! THANK YOU AJAY KAPOUR FOR ALL YOU DID NOT DO FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER

NO HOT WATER! When I spoke to the front desk about this, I was told it was a known issue, and they couldn’t do anything about. I was with a very very large group. Some were given upgrades to the presidential suites or refunds. I was told “sorry”.

The service was exceptional! Unfortunately the water in the shower never got hotter than luke warm, and the air conditioning unit made loud, irritating noises when it would run. Those are issues that can be fixed, and we would stay here again because of the service and the cleanliness.

I was very surprised very clean and staff was very respectful and polite.

I loved my stay for the most part. My only complaint was that i put in a request for the room to be cleaned on Sunday but that didnt happen. Definitely disappointed, I still gave it four stars because i would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in new condition and very comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel.

Wonderful room. Front desk staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay great.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and the shower was amazing.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for quit some time! Everyone Was very friendly....even the other guest!!! I would certainly recommend this hotel to other and I will be back!!
