The service was excellent, clean rooms, nice hot breakfast 🍳 comfortable and formidable location

An apar**ent-like hotel contained kitchenwares including stoves, microwave oven, washing machine and utensils which are convenient for guests. Also, it’s closed to various supermarkets which are convenient for buying any commodities. An improvement area included the cleanliness of the room (as I could find small flies around the toilets in my first 3 days).

The hotel was decent. The front desk greater was nice during checkin but after we checked out and asked to use the restroom the guy was extremely rude because we told him the bathroom was clogged and the pool bathroom did not have toilet paper. His excuse was “we already checked out” which was absurd! This dismissive attitude caused them to loose me as a customer. Never again!

The hotel was incredibly noisy. Horrible experience, and I won't be back. We stayed on a Monday night for business. The noise level was intolerable and made for a sleepless night. We contemplated checking out at 3:45 am and going to a new hotel instead, stuck it out for a few hours, and kept our planned 7 am check out, and went on to our business meetings. Never again at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff is responsive. It is located behind a Target which is convenient because it was less than a 5 minute walk. It was also very quiet.Only con is I had to let the shower run for 20 minutes to get lukewarm water, does not get hot. Overall, it is one of the nicest and newer hotels in the area.

Front desk staff was rude. I submitted with my booking that I needed late check out. I also called ahead since I’d be checking in late about late check out and was told I could have it and it was noted on my reservation. I check in at 8pm and was told no late check out and when I explained that I had already confirmed it earlier, one man at the front desk was trying to fix it for me and the other guy said “F*** no” and was rude about it. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was modern and clean with a friendly staff. We stayed in a roomy king suite with a kitchen which had a dishwasher. Our only real complaint was that room faced the pool and the lights stayed on all night. Even with the window shades down, our room remained quite bright. The hotel bathroom had energy efficient lighting that went off automatically, but the lights at the closed indoor pool remained on all night.

We had a great time here! it was perfect for what we needed- a quick little vacation getaway for the kids. Staff was courteous, room was clean and stocked, kitchenette was a definite plus with a full size fridge and freezer, microwave, and other goodies! Kids had a great time in pool which was clean and tho small , was perfect for them. Nice fire pit outside. Hotel was not too crowded or noisy, near target and cvs if you forget something. and checkout time isn't too early like in many othet hotels, where you feel rushed in the morning. Would definitely like to come back again!

My family stayed here for a family funeral in the area. There was no hot water available during our stay. For anyone! Also no explanation or apologizing from management. Unacceptable! It was also some the coldest days of the year. I do not recommend this property. My family also plans on sending notice to corporate Marriot .
