天鵝大酒店(The Swan Hotel)

Would recommend this hotel to all my friends. All the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was superb.

We really needed this- when you are your own boss, holidays can be few and far between. I booked in at the last minute to stay a couple of nights at the Swan Hotel, and we were thoroughly looked after by everyone we encountered. As I previously read, the staff are lovely and very welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful; as is Southwold.

The Swan was a great place to stay and dine and the staff were very welcoming. We thoroughly recommend it.

We didn’t want to leave. The hotel is such a charming hotel with incredible service. The best beds that you don’t want to leave and the amenities are incredible. Spa smell. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the service. They are in a cute small town near the beach. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with the best beds,amazing personnel that tries to serve you with a friendly attitude and incredible breakfast included and could eat anything you want at no extra fee. I would go back CHARMING CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. Nothing negative

I am so pleased I chose to stay at this hotel. One of the best I have stayed in, the location is spot on and the decor of the hotel is lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful they really are a credit to the hotel. We only had breakfast but that was amazing and again nothing was too much trouble. An amazing stay I would happily go back over and over again.

We had a lovely stay in a wonderful hotel - superb room, great service, delicious food and drink. A real treat. Website only allows 2-night weekend bookings but we managed to secure a one-night stay by phoning reception and getting our stay on the back of another booking who were also staying only one night - so it's always worth a phone call! Thoroughly recommend even though a little pricey, although we could have opted for a cheaper type of room. Only negative was the hotel was very warm but we were able to open our swa view bedroom windows and let in a cool breeze.

If you're heading to Southwold then The Swan is THE place to stay. great location. great service and reasonably priced for the quality of rooms and food,

We loved our stay at the Swan. The hotel is 4 star but could easily be a 5 star. Our room was a little warm at night as the weather was unseasonably good but other than this so we would have given a 5 out of 5 overall rating. Attentive, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, great hotel!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Southwold, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
