布魯克長島歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn Long Island-Brookhaven)

酒店的一切都很棒，除了枕頭太軟，感覺空蕩蕩的。我還看到酒店向我的賬戶收取了一些費用，我會在聯繫他們之前先給我幾天時間看看這些費用是否已退還。

酒店服務很棒，工作人員很專業而且樂於助人。房間和酒店一塵不染。我最喜歡的是房間的整體大小，付款實惠的價格並且能夠感覺像國王一樣總是很好，哈哈。預訂這家酒店，您不會後悔入住！！

Beautiful room. Needs softer mattresses though, but overall 10/10

Great place to stay

Hotel charges a $12 parking fee per night! I have stayed at more than 30 hotels across Long Island and have never once paid a parking fee. Even considering the tight, city-like property I occasionally stay at in Roslyn, NY, and the handful of properties I’ve stayed at that are actually in Queens, none have charged parking. I understand when hotels need to charge for parking, such as properties in Manhattan, Orlando, downtown New Orleans, downtown Memphis, etc. I have stayed at hotels in all of those locations and not taken issue with the parking fees they charged. No place on Long Island is like them. I called the general manager of the hotel to discuss the charges, but she didn’t answer, and never returned my call. When I looked back at my reservation details, it took me a long time to find any mention of the parking fee. It was not included in the price that I was quoted, and it was hidden in the fine print. In fact when I did find it, it said the fee is $10 per stay, so they charged me $22 more than what their own policy says. It’s very disappointing because I generally like Hampton Inns, and have enjoyed my stays at the locations in Commack, and Islandia. If you’re staying in the area, I would recommend the Holiday Inn just on the other side of the highway, less than a half mile away. They have a nice restaurant and no parking fee!

Liked: TV. Janet at front desk. Disliked: Poor selection at breakfast, parking fee, room bathroom ( door would not shut, toilet seat loose and slow leak so had to “jiggle “ handle). Note with key indicating from local police, a high crime area concerning your parked vehicle.
