長島東岸凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Long Island East End)

Check in was awful. Google states check in time is 3pm. We arrived and sat for an hour and a half. The cleaning lady was rude, nasty, and loud. Andre was extremely nice and was the only one who tried to help- then the room when finally clean was given to someone else and they had to fix that. It was a terrible experience

We love staying at Hyatt Place. Great location on the River (sandwiched between the Long Island Aquarium and Jerry and the Mermaid Restaurant). The rooms are a good size and are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is included, and it’s a much better hot and cold breakfast than most places. The only concern is the price - we can only afford weekdays off season.

I was told by the front desk that booking through ******* guaranteed a room but not a specific room type. I had booked a double queen bed room and got one queen bed and a sofa pull out. I requested extra pillows and blankets for the pullout and they never came to the room. I asked if I could do a late check out after all these inconveniences and I was denied. The staff is not willing to work with you to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very disappointed in the service from this hotel. Would not recommend or go there ever again!

Right next to Aquarium and river, walking to restaurants. The room was clean, and the people were pleasant. Just a bit too much traffic during breakfast. Definitely will go back.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable mattress and bedsheets. Thanks for giving us a room with city view. Breakfast was a healthy menu. Love the orange juice. Thanks a lot.

We stay here once a year and we love it. Clean and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Close to everything !

Close to Jerry and the mermaid and aquarium......very pleasant. The staff was very friendly

We were attending a funeral in Quogue and this property came up as being close. The price was right and I booked 3 room. We were all very satisfied with the rooms, the front desk, and the breakfast was great. We needed to depart early so the great big breakfast was SO convenient. Thank you Hyatt.
