Nothing works! A/C, TV, coffee machine. This place was a joke

The heating system was loud and Also the refrigerator had this constant ringing sound wile it was running. But mainly not enough towels Staff was very friendly

Great location and great price. It's close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. This is our third time staying here.

In an almost empty 5 story hotel with 100 rooms, why did they put a large loud family in the rooms on either side of us? Especially when they arrived in the middle of the night?? Every time we talked to someone at the front desk they said they would do something or give us a refund, but never followed up. The smoke and fire alarms in the morning did not add to the ambience.

They scam the customers by charging fake damage fee like scribbling on the chair, table etc. They seem to target family with kid(s) to execute this scam. Of course, noone is going to file a lawsuit for $35. But, it will be a big money if they do this to 100 customers in a month. The hotel is average. The breakfast is average. The bed was low lying and not comfortable.

Lots of restaurants near by that was a plus and the cleaning staff was great. The room was small, not enough closet space, only one chair for a family of four

It was a restful stay. But there was a issue in the shower it was unstable and there was standing water almost slipped several times. i did let them know when I checked out hopefully they can fix it. But overall very nice and quiet place

We checked into the hotel at 10:30 PM. All we wanted to do was go to sleep because we had business to take care of the next morning. We were woken up at 4 AM to the guests next-door slamming room doors a child screaming this happened until 8:30 AM when I finally called the front desk, upon arrival to the hotel, there were people laying on the lobby sofas and having some sort of Friday evening get together as if they were at home in the area where people are supposed to have breakfast the next morning am I to assume that they cleaned that area after the skit together for the people having breakfast the next morning. Even after calling the front desk and complaining about the other guests nothing was done. We left at approximately 8:30 AM without breakfast without sleep and will not be back.
