薩維拉旅館(Sawela Lodge)

The experience was exquisite. I have sampled most hotels at the South lake region of Naivasha. Sawela tops them all in customer care, beauty, food and drinks, sanitation, clean spacious toilets and grounds for functions. All my family members were very happy with the overall experience. I would go back a million times. The manager, Mr. Ndungu, is very hospitable, friendly and caring. Keep it up Sawela.

This is utterly unacceptable! Despite paying in advance on March 6th for two business deluxe rooms with interconnecting doors, reserved for our check-in on March 15th, the reservations team has callously disregarded our booking. Not only have they refused to communicate with us, but they have also callously given away our rooms, leaving us stranded despite the hotel being fully booked. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond disappointing—it's outrageous and completely unprofessional.

Sawela is truly a home away from home . The ambiance is to die for. Excellent customer service.Friendly staff always serving with a smile . Clean and spacious room that are well maintained with good view of garden.The food was so delicious and of variety . Entertainment was good .The environment was serene and relaxing.it was an excellent experience for me and my family. Special kudos to Nicole,who kept checking on us ,and waitress Anne who served us with smile and not to forget our room attendant and Housekeeper. Thank you Sawela for excellent service.

Excellent stay.Great facility with great staff ,willing to serve . Customer service was excellent thanks to Nicole who was very helpful, courteous and friendly, she took care of us . The rooms were great and spacious and our room steward great The kids zone was a plus for our kids . Food was good. Please put in place a massage parlour and steam and sauna. Thanks Sawela.

Wonderful experience with amazing staff . Very supportive,passionate ,polite and loving staff . Sawela is the place to be . Great facility,serene environment with very refreshing a**osphere. Scenery is breathtaking with view of mount Longonot and green acacia tree and from the view mountain you are welcomed by giraffe feeding on twigs. Customer service was excellent.Phone calls from reception checking on us was amazing. Warm specialized welcome note with our family name in our rooms made us feel special, feeling that were expected and they made the room with our thought in it . Thank you Nicole for such amazing special messages. We were entertained with music ,guided walks to the lakes, swimming and children enjoyed kids zone ,biking and bouncing castle .Good food and variety Spacious rooms with good view from balcony. Staff were all amazing.We will visit again

Spent 2 days and 1 night at Sawela Lodge. Conference facilities - Numerous carpeted, well lit, sound proofed rooms, with great looking furniture. The staff were always at hand to assist with additional conference materials, etc. Teas and snacks were sufficient even with the very many people using the premises. Breakfast and lunch were delicious, and if they set you up close to the windows, you get to see the beautiful grounds. The food variety was not very wide, but it was so well prepared, I didn't care. Very delicious! Rooms - Do yourself a favor and stay in the Executive Rooms. These spacious rooms come with a sitting room, and a balcony that faces the beautiful grounds. The bed is super comfy, but the rainfall shower is what I enjoyed best! There is a huge bathtub as well. Grounds - Got to use the grounds for light team building exercises. The well manicured grounds make for great pictures. There are also some games provided by the hotel. Inquire for more information from the reception. There is a kids friendly playground with a swimming pool. I will definitely be coming back with family!

The ambiance is beautiful. Beautiful scenario and good infrastructure. The food is well done and mostly fresh Should have more experienced waiters especially when the premises is full capacity Interns are good but they need close supervision to give appropriate service.

The service in Sawela is top notch. This was the third time I was visiting Sawela with my family. They listened to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food is amazing with a variety to offer and always tasty. It is one hotel that I am always looking forward to going back to. I love the Kenyan tea the most. I would spend the whole day there just to have more team. The location offers quite a variety of activities that one can engage in: cycling, swimming, trekking and others. When travelling with kids, I would strongly recommend Sawela lodge. Plus, the rooms are clean and well kept.

A comfortable experience. Great property overlooking the lake and cost rooms. The staff is polite and welcoming. The food was decent and the dining area warm and lavish. The waiting staff was always smiling and dancing which was nice. Although, they charged a hefty service charge just to deliver water to the rooms which was surprising.
