Receptionist was rude- we expected a room with a balcony, was told rudely that would be a $500 upgrade. No restaurants or food options were available, even though we paid for "club access" to the room with refreshments. We came for the beautiful sights, as we were laying our mother to rest. The lack of customer service made it a horrible trip, with horrible memories. She didn't even offer to help, just kept filing her nails until I finally asked for local options food food, to which she loudly said "I already gave the brochure to your husband!!" I bet this place is great any other day with any other receptionist.
