Poor customer service due to under staffing, average at best food, carpark is too small and too tight for most modern cars causing damage on entry or exit and the hotel in general is shabby. The roof garden is an eyesore.

I stayed here for a business trip and found the staff accommodating and reasonable food in the restaurant, On site parking made a difference too. An issue with me at chain hotels is awful food at high prices with poor service because staff simply don't care. This was not the case here and I was pleasantly surprised. My recent stay at a Travelodge at the NEC was appalling in comparison so well done Premier Inn.

理想的位置，優質的服務，友善的員工。問題很快就解決了。早餐很棒，很熱，自助餐品種豐富，補充頻繁。強烈推薦。飯店內的停車場對於出遊來說有點緊張，但如果你小心點的話還可以。

I stayed in Premier Inn Sunbury due to doing Ride the Night which started at Kempton Park Racecourse, it was close to the Venue . Staff very helpful and friendly . Room was clean . Breakfast was good and enough there. Great stay .

Stayed this hotel and what can I say I booked a week in advance and the room wasn’t available so was put in another room that was dirty , the room was meant to be a double but had 3 beds in so made the room small. The bathroom sink was blocked , chips in the bath , tv hanging of the bracket, no signal for the tv . This room just didn’t do the name of premier inn any good

The room we were allocated smelled heavily of smoke. No coffee machine at breakfast just the free instant. Still had to pay full price for breakfast. Had to ask for gluten free and dairy free food. Room was tatty and tired looking. Area was awfull. Didn't feel safe outside.

客人。電梯、門口和樓梯都被堵住了，這是一個健康和安全問題，而且工人們粗魯無禮，滿嘴髒話。我的車在他們的“安全”停車場損壞了，早餐也很難吃。
