Soho太陽城娛樂場酒店(Sun City Hotel and Casino)

Suncity is always a great place to visit to unwind from city life. Loved it! Their breakfast is always amazing!

We had such an awesome time away for two nights at Soho! Excellent service all around. Rooms very clean. Well stocked.secure parking. Delicious breakfast! Fantastic choices of restaurants and service is very good. So enjoyed it. It was my husbands birthday. We will definitely be back again. Thanks to all.

Please remove Hard Rock Cafe as they serve the worst food. As for Vibes, please upgrade the security as there were only underage kids when we went. Also please open the pool billiard even if the club is not open. There is not much to do in Sun City, so this will make it one more thing to do. The plus point and the most fun we had was the hiking trials and the Chimp&Zee Adventure Park - Well done on creating something that exciting.

My kids will never know our true experience... They will never know that the first room we were given was faulty... no lights, or that the cot I had arranged would never have fitted. They'll never know that the second room we were given was filthy, a nasty surprise left in our toilet. My kids will never know that not a single staff member smiled or made a fuss over them. They'll never know the look that the cook gave me when i told her that she didn't get my egg order right, or that she never offered to correct it. They'll never know how little we meant to the porters and doormen once a G wagon pulled up and we were left with all our bags. My kids will never know the laziness of staff, walking past glasses and cigarette packets strewn across the sun lounges or room service trolleys that stay standing in the corridor for 5+hours... If you're looking for any resemblance of service, don't go here. If you're fine with mediocre rooms, poor service, staff who don't actually care... this is the perfect place for you. But be warned... it's definitely not 4 star.

The stay was good , hotel was nice . Friendly staff and very helpful . However the elevators need to be serviced urgently , they get stuck going to certain floors and sometimes don’t even reach your desired floor . The shuttle service from this hotel was extremely poor . We had missed many booking due to this , having to wait over 1 hour each time for a shuttle is really frustrating! It seems to be shuttles from this hotel only that’s a problem as the services kept running past them and not stopping there . The shuttle service is one of the main reasons ti relax at sun city , no driving required

We stayed in the Cabana's by the lake. Beautiful accommodation cleaned daily and coffee tea etc replaced daily. The restaurant was lovely and clean and a great selection of food and drinks. We had dinner at the Palace absolutely Wonderful first class service and food and very reasonable. Lots to do at Sun City Loved staying there.

the proverb "everything that glitters is not gold " suits this place. Front desk people extremely rude, leaking ac, blocked basin, claustrophobic rooms. Do not keep expectations if u visit. NOT WORTH VISITING

Valley of waves was under maintenance, no waves and was not informed of this. Still waiting for someone to come replace the safe after having them try twice to fix it, so no safe to lock valuables. No WiFi and complained multiple times and even spoke to the IT team that asked me to wait in the room and had no one show, then left my number for them to call me or I would even go to the office. Still waiting for the call, had no WiFi for the trip. Toilet did not flush properly and drains for basin and bath took ages to drain. Sliding door did not lock and just had a little catch and the screws were not tight. There was a door in the room that linked to the next room, it would vibrate each time the people next door moved past it and you could here all their business and activities. The staff are very friendly , sad about the services and lack of maintenance. No WiFi , no waves at the valley of waves, no safe, sliding door not locking , noisy room, no maintenance……
